Courier has let website down

Item order process was fine and quick. But item delivery was an issue, delayed and then courier turned up with no parcel, waited again and again to be told parcel was delivered and not sure where. Steven on the phone was fab and great, easy to contact him and quick to try and find out what has gone wrong. The courier has let his website down. Refunding was issued back to me quickly (but still pending on PayPal). Item then turned up after all this hassle and now waiting for it to be collected after Christmas after I ordered a new item elsewhere.

Bad experience

I was quoted 5 to 10 working days for delivery, it's now 13 working days, no delivery and no delivery date!
Customer services is by email only and not helpful. I've been told my shipping is being handled by a third party and there's no way of contacting them, I have to wait for them to contact me! I've no idea when that might be.

The reply from Anydaydirect is all BS including the statement "our team has confirmed the refund and it will be processed shortly"
Here's what happened -
24 Nov 2024 - I ordered a Lifetime 8 X 10 ft Lifetime plastic garden shed from Anydaydirect and paid £2,177.10.
11 Dec 2024 - Out of frustration I posted my 1 star review.
12 Dec 2024 - Steven Kluk rang me to say the supplier didn't have this shed and offered me a different smaller one. I didn't want that so requested a refund, he said my refund would be processed the following day.
I repeatedly emailed for my refund but it never came. He kept my £2,177.10 !!
I had to go through my bank to get my money back!

Updated: Our records show that the refund was processed as promised and any delay were due to bank holidays during Xmas New Year period. Worst customer service of 2024

Item was meant to be delivered 3-5 days after purchase. After waiting 5 days i got in contact with the company only to be informed that there is a delay with dispatch. Waited another 3 days and had to get back in contact with them again! This time i was promised it will be dispatched the next day (this did not happen) when the item was finally sent out, this company uses the reliable courier service Evri. So you can imagine where my item is now. Not once did Anydaydirect reach out to me and apologise for the delays or offer a refund. When i asked for a refund they said i would have to refuse the (no chance in hell it will turn up) package when it arrives. So i am left with out my payment and no package and this company from the correspondence really didn't care. I finally get my money back through my bank, from my experience avoid! Customer service is definitely not this companies strong point. Cant comment on the quality of it's products as they next arrived. Cheap is not always cheerful.

Amazing service customer

Service customer is one of the best I had to deal with. Initially my product was out of stock and service customer contacted to me and they explained the issue and the options I had, from wait 2-3 weeks, change another model or my money back.
I decided to wait two weeks. By the end of the second week, they contacted me to confirm my order was shipped and in less than 48 hours it was at my home. I felt informed and confident, they were committed to deliver what they said and finally they did. Thank you.
