A really nice ceiling fan for a good price, it was delivered in perfect shape in three days, looks beautiful

The fan is just as described. The shipping was fast and the directions were helpful. No guessing what to do. Our favorite piece was the support cable that came with it. Useful for when you’re installing alone.

I'd made a mistake while trying to complete my order. I called the Customer Service phone number and the lady who answered corrected my problem easily. She was very polite and professional.

From the order to and including the delivery...awesome! We have not hung them yet (no build), but we have had this same product before and it was great!

Love these moose antlers. We mounted a pair on the gable end of a cabin we sold, and the new owners just had to have them. This pair we’ve mounted inside the new cabin so we can enjoy them more. They are real enough looking, and the real McCoy (if you could even find such a pair attached to an intact skull) would cost an astronomical amount of money. We tell people that Bullwinkle was gracious enough to loan us his dad for awhile.

Recieved my product quickly, 2 of the glass shades were broken, I called was answered quickly and the replacements were sent right out.

LOVE my antler chandeliers!! The quality is awesome and knowing there were made in the USA was even better.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had to deal with. I was sent the wrong fans, not a big deal, they had the correct fans sent to me within 24 hours of my speaking with Dawn. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with!!!

We love our new fan chandelier and it would be a five star but the boxes came days apart and had way too much packaging!

The ceiling fan arrived ahead of schedule and was just what we wanted. The installation instructions could have been a little clearer, but overall totally satisfactory. The included battery did not work but a replacement battery purchased locally solved the problem ( fan nor light work without battery operated remote)
Fan looks great and operates well (albeit only had it up for a few weeks).

Antler light fixture arrived in great shape. Very heavy quality chain. Very happy with purchase.

I order 13 items from them and received them all within a week of ordering them. I had one item that was received with a broken glass but when I notified them of this problem, they immediately had a replacement fixture sent out. It just arrived today and was in perfect shape. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for special Lodge fixtures. The pictures don't do justice to the items as they look better than what I was expecting.

Beautiful! Looks real!! Packaged well, Shipped quickly. Antler chandelier was just what was needed in our cabin.
The chain is heavy duty and looks great, however, was not easy to shorten chain for our ceiling height. Ended up cutting because we could not separate the links. In the end, it worked put beautifully.

It was exactly what I was hoping it would be.
