Recently bought a keyed-to-code ultion lock. Delivery was less than 24 hours which was brilliant. Unfortunately there was an issue with the order, but I contacted them and Alun got in touch within the hour. He was fantastically helpful and sorted the issue immediately, despite being on holiday. My second delivery arrived a few days later, which was faster than expected. Can't recommend this company enough, specifically based on Alun's fantastic communication and customer service, well done!! I would not hesitate to order again in future and would recommend to all.

What a refreshing company to deal with, excellent customer service. Have used them multiple times, all previous orders sorted quickly and without issue. This latest time Ultion supplied a bad lock (out of a batch of three), although not their fault, apologies and a quick replacement meant that I have no problem highly recommending this company, or using them again. The website was easy to use with all the information you need. Making an order was simple too.
The Euro locks I bought were two different sizes and keyed alike so I expected to have to wait a couple of days but they arrived the day after ordering.
The locks themselves and the keys are very substantial.
I will use this company in future.
