Shipping takes forever. They take your money but then you wait for 30 days or more to receive your items.
They need to revamp the shipping department. I would suggest a new management team.

I had a carrier bag of old watches from my late uncle and Michael gave me some advice on them and suggested they auction. Most were broken with bits missing so I wasn’t expecting much.
