Great location! Easy check in, nice place and had a washing machine, would reccomend to others
We stayed at antique apartments on 6th october 2025. The staff were great very friendly. We are in our 60 and iam waiting surgery on my knee for knee replacement so in alot of pain. We were so disappointed that we were in a block with no lift and up in the attic so up 10 flights of stairs. I think it should be made clearer about the lift and that you could be up in the attic. We asked the staff for another room but none were available. We found it very difficult facing the 10 flights of stairs.
Fantastic location, situated just off the main square. Apartment was clean and beds were really comfy. Had everything we needed. Powerful shower and lovely toiletries provided. Not much hanging space but we managed . Tea and coffee starter pack, but no milk. Free wifi with good signal. Air con was appreciated as unusually warm for October. Would definitely return and stay here again. The only downside (and wasn’t even that much of a downside) was we were on the top floor (floor 5) and there’s no lift. So if you struggle with stairs, maybe have to mention this when booking . Krakow is definitely somewhere to visit.

We had a 5 th floor room which there wasn’t any lift on that part of the building 😩
We was only using the room for a base and we was out and about in krakow / trips / activities.
If you struggle with stairs and struggle on your feet ?,try and contact the apartments before you arrive and they might be in a position to help you in a different part of the building 👍.
You are expected to pay £63 on check in ( refundable) deposit if things are broken or lost keys .
We had a basic apartment and was worth the money as you get what you pay for as they say .
