Service Support team are excellent.

Service Support team are excellent.
They pick your call immediately.
I haven't seen a service any faster.

Anuja Selvaraju was great.
Spent almost an hour with me to ensure all scripts were amended and updated, and even took time to test it was working correctly.

Absolutely a great team!

Great service

We have AnswerConnect to be really helpful. We have just joined with them and so far the process has been great. I have to give Tony, one of the Account Managers, a special shout out. We started using Answer Connect back in…

We started using Answer Connect back in mid summer and they have made every effort to ensure the switch over from our previous provider of this service went smoothly. There were several issues that needed sorting due to differing phone systems used around the globe but these were addressed very professionally indeed.
We even get regular contact from our 'link' person, Laurence, to check all is going well and to make sure any issues are sorted quickly.
A great service.

Professional, responsive and reliable service

We have been using AnswerConnect for about a month now and our experience has been very positive.

They were helpful and responsive during the sales process, clearly explaining the options and helping us choose the right plan. After onboarding, the setup was smooth and the team remained attentive and supportive.

Calls are answered professionally in our company name, messages are clear and detailed, and email notifications are sent immediately. This has significantly improved how we handle incoming calls.

Tony Charalambous was a great help this…

Tony Charalambous was a great help this morning when our phone system went down and we had to implement a different mode of communication in a short timeframe. The quick response from Answer Connect ensured our Support Team could still receive calls which was vital to our business. Fortunately our phone system was back up and running in a short period of time but the support of Answer Connect acting so quickly was invaluable. Thanks again!

Setup made easy!

Laurence helped us through the tricky initial setup process, working out how the calls would be handled for different scenarios of contact and customer. Since them we have had next to no problems. Real customers can still get through to us with the rest of the public filtered out. Wish we had set this up years ago.
