Genuinely the nicest customer service
Genuinely the nicest customer service, I accidentally put a personal item in my package and they emailed me and returned it to me. They could have very easily ignored it but they made sure to return it to me!

Ordered a knitted vest top
Ordered a knitted vest top. It arrived, quality was poor and unworthy of the price so decided to return.
They have a policy that they do not pay for return costs, and they require you to pay for tracked delivery, which means that to return my item it cost me £9. Feels pretty ridiculous considering I wouldn’t have had to return it if the item had been good quality. I’ve never had it cost me that much to return something before.
They give you 15 days to return (normal) but take ages to send you information about how to return, rather than include that information publicly available as they should. All in all a very difficult return process that has left me out of pocket for no good reason.
Also very annoying how much they pester you with emails. I will be unsubscribing and will not shop here again.

About our returns policy, we do have our returns portal linked on our website for easy returns. Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company, do not buy from them. Made a big order, they never sent the one item that I really wanted, and the quality was so poor I returned almost everything else which was very expensive due to return shipping. On top of that they had the audacity to charge me for customs and duties on the return, which is ridiculous. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. They’ve done nothing to try and rectify the situation

Great Small Brand
Just bought the Fluer knit tank top, it is great quality and I haven't seen something like it before. I feel like it runs a little small but I had sized up just in case and was perfect. Shipping was extremely quick and came faster than expected so got to wear it sooner. Love supporting small brands, especially ones that care about sustainability, and can't wait to see what else they make.

No free returns
I ordered a dress from this company which was nice, but the fabric wasn't the quality I was expecting for what I paid. When I returned the item, not only did I have to pay for tracked shipping but they also didn't refund me the original postage I paid for delivery in the first place. I ended up being out of pocket £12.10 just because the product wasn't right for me.

Way overpriced for the Poor Quality
The assembly and stitching was very poorly done. You can see areas where it is visibly uneven. I tried to reach out and address with the team but to this day have not heard anything back. Certainly not with the money. The quality is not there.

Not worth it
For $150, this dress is not worth it. The seams are poorly made and look lumpy. The fact that return shipping is not included is an issue.

1 of 3 items is good…1 canceled by Another Girl, 1 too small
Really sad that one of the items was shown as available and was not available… I appreciate that I was refunded quickly, but sad that the inventory account was incorrect and I couldn’t get the item as planned. I am also returning one of the other items because it’s too small, and I’ve ordered the next size up.
