First of all the product is amazing and super cute and the communication it’s fast and helpful.

The jewelry is beautifu, I absolutely love it. The quality is excellent, the design matches exactly what you see in the photos, and I’ve been wearing the pieces every day without any issues, they feel very solid.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the shipping was very slow (it took almost a month to receive my order) and there was also a small issue with one earring that turned out to be out of stock and had to be replaced. This is totally understandable, as they were in the middle of relocating, which likely made it more difficult to manage orders during that time.

However, what genuinely bothered me was the lack of communication: I didn’t receive any updates for days, and only after contacting customer service myself did I find out that my order was on hold due to the sold-out item. I believe they should have informed me earlier.
