The worst company I’ve ever purchased jewelry from, they kept my money an sent me a cheap jewelry, within a few weeks it started to turn dark, their jewelry is not worth it at all and I will never buy from them again.
They refused to replace it or refund me my money. Never again.
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. The backs for the earrings are so thin, flimsy and bent! They can't possible support the earrings. Fortunately, I had silver backs that were larger and more substantial that I was able to switch them out with. I contacted them with my complaint. They got back to me that a ticket had been generated to address my issue, but nothing since. I will never purchase from them again! For over $200, everything should have been perfect. I will stick with Melinda Maria and HRH Collection for costume jewelry in the future!
I see why it only has barely 3 stars like I shared on the previous review because this is a company that refuses to reply to my emails and not respond at all or acknowledge your customer at all when I bought something from them and it was not cheap and it’s already tarnish. It’s bad quality, and I will never buy from this company again.
I’m going to just get my money back and send this necklace back because it’s not worth it.
Not even one star, I give them 0 stars........I contacted them three times to initiate a return and no one bothered to respond. There is not a way to start a return on their website unless you contact them. Horrible customer service in my opinion. It's been 10 days now.
I would never recommend ordering from this site, Whatsoever. They are a scam, they're diamonds, they claim are real, are not real at all. I ordered some diamonds and immediately afterwards, I realized they are fake, and I canceled them within minutes. I sent several emails and still have not received a response. I asked them to cancel it and refund my money back. Instead, they sent me the earrings and charged me. They will not respond to me. I've sent several emails, and upon looking at other reviews, they do this to everybody. Even when you send your item in for a refund, you never get it back or the money. Poor quality items. Poor communication and customer service skills. They should not be in business. They are a scam. Never buy from them just like everyone else says not to.
On January 3, I ordered earrings, they have never arrived, it is February 3. I have contacted Anna Zuckerman through their website platform and through their concierge email. I received a response email that they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and I have had no response. I paid for the earrings. I have no earrings and the company is not responding to me. I called the companies business office and was unable to speak to a human.
First time purchase and LAST. Unpleasant experience with customer service! Received a tangled necklace and was charged to ship it back. When I reached out via email because there’s no phone number on the website, it took 12 days to respond 🤣
Never again. First, he orders took a really long time. Too long. They ultimately sent me the wrong earrings and promised not to charge me the $10 restocking fee, which they then of course did charge me. The return process is a nightmare. It took days and multiple emails and phone messages to even get th return label. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. They simply don't respond. I'll have to contest the charge with my credit card company. SO disappointing.
This company has incompetent customer service and their unwillingness to correct an error has lost a customer for good.

I ordered a ring 6 weeks ago, and to date haven’t received it! I have emailed them multiple times and have also called their company only to get an answering machine. Their first excuse is that my package got “lost in the mail” and they would resend it…well that was now 10 days ago and I have received nothing.
I just found about the company on TikTok and got myself the new 5 carat Bethenny Franke hoops. Cutest hoops ever and an amazing price. The packaging was as beautiful as the product.

This is my first time purchasing from her site. I bought the 2 carat stud earrings. I feel that they do not look like real diamond earrings. And the back piece is so cheaply made that they may fall off and I will lose them so I have to buy different back.
I purchased a pair of solitaire stud earrings for $49… they are of the cheapest quality… I would return but there’s a restock fee of $10 plus a return shipping fee of $12.99… roughly my refund would be $26… had I just checked the reviews for her products on trustpilot I WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY SHEISTER … as a clothier exemplary customer service with impeccable quality items is most important … BUYER BEWARE
They refuse returns from Europe which is completely illegal. We have EU consumer laws that prohibit such behaviour.
It also took over a month to receive a first shipping update so I'm expecting the total shipping time will be 1,5 - 2 months (!!).
The delivery costst to the EU are insanely high when checking out.
Furthermore, AZ uses both DHL and UPS as shipping partner and when shipping takes place with UPS the import fees/taxes are only a few euro's, but with DHL it is the same price as the product itself, so of course they choose DHL. Apparently they prefer to be as slow and expensive for the EU customer as possible.
