Packaged carefully, arrived in good shape. The fabric quality exceeded my expectations.

If I could provide less than a 1* I would. Terrible service. Weeks until I finally reached out about the order. They eventually shipped it and I got it nearly a month after ordering. The swim shorts were basically see through and ridiculously thin and tight. The swim shorts and regular shorts had pockets the size of children that you could not hold anything in or put your hand in. Every item was way too small. All they wanted to do was reduce the cost. The no hassle returns are a TOTAL LIE. It would cost nearly $400 to return my order to a zip code in China that FedEx told us they would likely never receive the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

Everything arrived correctly and on time. Service was good, though packaging could be improved and the overall experience felt fairly average.

These Definity came from China. Took forever to get the 2 shirts that I ordered, and when they came, neither had a size tag in them. One of them was a small when I ordered a large. When I wanted to return it the very next day, they said that they sent the correct size and only offered me a 50 % discount on my next order.

The order arrived in 5 days. It's a bit long, but the timeframe was clearly stated in the shipping policy.

Very poor quality material, no instructions for handling and cleaning, size smaller than the regular fit, very tacky, not matching the website description, looks like someone just learned how to make clothes..
The shipping took 5 weeks, I realized the location is in china, to return the item back you have to pay for the international shipping..

They claim 100% returnable for any reason. This is false , they make it very difficult to do so. Ordering from adverts placed on facebook is always risky, they have an appearance of a USA company when they are in fact some where else Definitely not New York. Buyer beware

You should be ashamed, and embarrassed by this so called Anna Boutique! I tried to cancel this order 3 weeks ago, and wanted a full refund, and apparently it can't be done!
You have provided no customer service, and is a disgrace to your so-called Anna Boutique.
I will seek my money back in full! Rest assured.

Ordered two pairs of shorts January 24th and I'm still waiting on the shorts March 4th. Will update, if I ever receive, as to quality but don't suggest anyone order from this company.

Never received my items and had been trying to cancel since I found out they were charging me fior one item and I paid for two AND this is cheap crap drop shipped from China!

Poor quality product from China that looks nothing like what is advertised. Took months for delivery, likely to make it difficult to challenge the purchase through my credit card company. And absolutely no information or ability to return the product for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered three items from Anna‘s boutique New York and it’s virtually impossible to find out where they are when they’re coming if they’re coming. It appears to be a complete scam. They make you think it’s a boutique in New York and it’s not it comes from China I’ve been waiting weeks and haven’t even gotten any notification of shipment. Order is placed in early January now the middle of February and have nothing.

I placed an order in mid November, after receiving my two pair of shorts a few weeks later, I realized that I made a mistake while ordering.
I received two pairs of the same color shorts, which is definitely not what I wanted.
I sent a email the next day to their customer service department and they responded that day.
Within a few short weeks they sent me the correct pair of shorts that I originally wanted and also included a thank you note along with a 10 percent discount on my next order. I am truly amazed at their customer service and the quality of the shorts that I purchased.
I will definitely be a returning customer.

This is a HUGE scam!! Wish I could give a minus 100. These thieves have to be exposed!! They use misleading advertising only to send consumers a product one wouldn’t be able to find in the worst stores in the USA! I ordered what looked like excellent quality sweaters and a pair of nice wide leg pants, and received NOTHING REMOTELY CLOSE to what I ordered. It is very small, no tags whatsoever, the knitting has multiple flaws, lose stitching and misshaped. I couldn’t make this up if I tried!!
Then they offered 30% for me to keep this junk, and now 50% or I’ll have to incur ALL EXPENSES of sending these to freaking CHINA!!!
Please STAY AWAY from these thieves!! They are laughing at the American people as they scam everyone!!

I ordered three sweaters from their website, which is misleading. They advertise their products ship from the US and within a day. It has ha been five days since I placed my order; I just went to check on the status and I see the items are in China. On their website, their products appear to have received "five-star" reviews, but no one is able to look at those reviews. This is just a scam website, and not in New York. I have asked to have this order canceled. Will write a follow up revie. Be ware.

The sizes are so far off for mens clothing. Not even close on male size large. I'd have to go XXL to fit into the GLP-1 clothing that showed up late and the refund process was also a joke. They offered 30% off to keep what they sent vs. honoring my request for a refund. Males, run from this brand! No disclosures on a return policy at your expense to ship to China!

I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of boots from Anna-New York. It took 3-1/2 weeks for the shoes to arrive and 4 weeks for the boots. Both items were of poor quality and the boots had a terrible odor. I asked to return them and was told I could have a 30% refund and keep the items. If I returned them, they would have to be sent (at my expense) to a warehouse in China and after they were received, I would get a full refund. This is definitely a scam and I hope others don't make my mistake.

Don't fall for the Okey Doke if you know what I mean. If you purchase something and the item appears picture perfect it will not be the item you purchase. It will be a cheap imitation. Do not wait your money and your time. I received my items and they look nothing like the picture perfect photos on the website. Take it from me, keep your money in your pocket and have a great night with your girlfriends until you pissing your money in the wind.

I wish there were a 0 since I never received my product at all. Was told by their customer service to check around my house since it was delivered 11/18. It was not. We get 1-5 boxes every day or so and all carriers have a secure place to put items so it is not here and has never been here. I have given up and realize I will never receive this product which obviously comes from China.
