Using anima is easy
Using anima is easy, it asks you targeted questions based on what ailments you think it is first: Questions you expect a doctor to ask. This triages you, which saves time for receptionists who have a lot to do since the government insists on so much paperwork for everything these days. That in itself is a direct result of people becoming more litigious, selfish, offended, demanding of their rights, inconsiderate and unforgiving, so everything has to be documented in order to protect the bottom line (not get sued and lose money) but I digress.
It takes a few minutes to fill in the form, the system assesses you and alerts a doctor/nurse if it thinks you need it. Sometimes it can highlight someone who has played down their symptoms or thinks they can wait even though it’s practically an emergency.
I’ve spoken to doctors who think it’s a great service and frees them up to be able to keep all their plates spinning. This is how AI should work!

Anima appointment booking via Albany…
Anima appointment booking via Albany House Medical Centre in Wellingborough has always been straightforward.
It’s important however to begin the online appointment booking process as early as possible from 8am for instance with this practice. Although I have just received a same-day appointment at 9.40am but that may be due to the more urgent nature of the medical request.
Albany House Wellingborough staff have always been consistently helpful and friendly.

Tiffany was very helpful and patient. Explained the reason for any delays. Took the details of my symptoms and an appointment was made within 10 minutes.
A very high tech way to blow you off.
The Surgery tells you to call at a specific time to make an appointment. When you call you are immediately entered in a phone queue, which is their way of entering you in a lottery to see if you get an appointment or not. Or the Surgery may ask you to use anima online and after completing the answers you receive the email that says, "Your request to Hamble Valley Health has been submitted. You may not receive a response for a number of working days....to check the status of your request click here." And when you "click here", You get this response, "Your request has been resolved. Please contact your practice if you need further assistance." Which makes you feel like you've been suckered into a no response.

Was given a Prescription same day on a Friday also. Which is normally really busy.
