No results and no refund – tracking proof ignored
I am writing this to warn other consumers about my experience with AngelLift. I purchased the product and used it exactly as directed, but I saw no results. I decided to return the item within the company’s specified return window.
On February 19th, I shipped the product back at my own expense, which cost me an additional $13. After some time passed without a refund, I contacted customer service. Their initial response was to claim they never received the package.
I immediately provided them with the tracking information and a copy of my shipping receipt as proof of delivery. Since providing that documentation, the company has completely stopped communicating with me. I have sent several follow-up emails and have been ignored every time.
At this point, they have both the product and my money. I would advise caution when dealing with their "guarantee," as they have not honored it in my case despite my following all their procedures.
RETURN is IMPOSSIBLE
All I wanted was help returning the product, one must jump through hoops and still no solution.The number of attempts are more than a half a dozen. The company likes to fill their responses with niceties instead of solutions. Even when the point is across that a return is the solution the response is I need a RMA# rather than just provide the info right then in the email. You can not CALL this company, feels like a scam to me. HORRIBLE!!
Negative experience with unprofessional company
I bought some of the dermastrips several weeks ago, and when I received the package, the mailing strip was barely together and it appeared as though someone might have opened the package while in transit (or it came apart because it wasn't sturdy enough for shipping). I was concerned that the dermastrips had potentially been tampered with, even though I think they were probably okay (the inner box looked fine), but I didn't find this acceptable and especially for such an expensive product. I contacted customer service and they wrote back, and asked if I could send pictures (which I did) and that the company wanted to try to find a solution for me. Guess what? They never responded to two other emails that were sent--shady and unprofessional. I still have the emails, Angellift and will NOT be returning to purchase any more products after this experience. Buyer beware!
Be aware of their warranty it starts…
Be aware of their warranty it starts from the date of delivery so if it takes 2 or 3 weeks then you do NOT have 30 days you have 1 or 2 weeks to try it yet they say it takes 30 days to see results so they do NOT stand by their product.

I ve been busing AngelLyft for a few years but recently ordered the Vermillion bands which did nothing for my face. After speaking with a representative it was suggested I order the Collagen bands. I appreciate the help in pointing me in the right direction !

WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Their supposed "30 day money back guarantee" is a SCAM!!!!!! THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU IN FULL!!!!! I returned the AngelLift unopened & unused! They did not refund my initial shipping cost. PLUS! they made me pay the shipping to return, where honorable companies have given me prepaid return shipping labels in order to return an item if I was not satisfied for any reason because they stand behind their product & their customer's satisfaction. PLUS!! They charged me a $10 medical waste disposal fee for this very small item!!!! So, in summary, I lost $28+ total for something that I returned & don't have!!! So think twice before you buy from this company & don't be fooled like I was by their so-called money back guarantee claim!!!!!
Outstanding customer service!
It’s too early to talk about how the product works, as I am only on Day One, but I am extremely pleased with the customer service. I had some concerns about that, having read a few negative reviews, so I wrote and asked about it. I received a helpful response WITHIN MINUTES. Feeling encouraged, I asked a series of questions about the product itself, and again got immediate responses, which helped me to choose the right product for me. Today I sent another email — they may get tired of me soon! — this time asking about how to use Angel Lift along with another product line that I use. That response was also immediate, and also knowledgeable and helpful. My product even arrived one day ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had no trouble with my first use of the DermaStrips, perfectly comfortable to wear. I will write again in a month to review the actual results, but so far, I am delighted.

Honest Review After Reading BBB & Trustpilot
I recently purchased the Vermillion and Original version of AngelLift and have had a very positive experience so far.
The customer service representative I worked with, Anita, was kind, attentive, and professional. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and worked with me to find a solution that made sense for me. I never felt pressured or upsold, just supported. That matters.
Before purchasing, I did my research and read reviews on BBB and Trustpilot. I’ll admit, some of them made me hesitant. But based on my own experience, it feels like AngelLift has taken feedback seriously and is genuinely working to improve.
When I was asked if I’d be willing to share my experience, I was happy to. At this stage in life, I appreciate companies that stand behind their products and treat customers with respect.

UPDATE 2: It is now 3/31, still no refund. Most of my customer service emails are ignored except for one where a rep emailed me as apologizing on 3/23–stating she will look into it and get back to me right away with more information. Silence after that, I followed up again, twice. Silence.
This company is a scam. I’m going to BBB to try and get my money back through that route.
UPDATE: the customer service rep I spoke with earlier was kind and accommodating, however after seeing no progress I still decided to return the item. They sent me an email on how to do that in 2/26. I emailed them my tracking receipt and they have not replied. I have followed up kindly a couple of times without any reply. Mind you they were always quick to reply when I emailed them about not being sure if the product was working for me. So now that I am just trying to follow up on my refund after I can see the product was delivered—they have gone silent. This is not ok.

I always appreciate a business that does not push their products on to you at all cost, but instead works with customers to find the best answers to their concerns. A Noticeable Difference Without Needles!
I’ve been using AngelLift Professional Dermastrips consistently (daily for 30 minutes), and the results have honestly exceeded my expectations. Within just a few weeks, I started noticing visible improvements in my lip area—especially in fullness, volume, and overall smoothness.
The dermastrips are easy to apply and surprisingly comfortable. With regular use, they seem to encourage the skin around my mouth and lips to look naturally plumper and more defined. I’ve also noticed that the fine lines around my lips have softened, giving the whole area a more youthful appearance.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! I used Angel Lift for 9 months exactly as directed. You only see a light difference once you take it out but it soon goes back to normal. Not one iota of difference. For me a complete waste of money and would not recommend to anyone. Oh and forget their refund policies absolutely terrible customer service!
I want to get another pair!
I really loved the idea of Angellifts and now that I have tried them, I love it even more! They really do work. Be consistent and you will see. I received an empty box, but contacted AngelLift and they immediately handled the situation. I have not tried the product yet, but if it matches their customer service, there shouldn’t be a problem!
Best Investment
I was very skeptical about getting started because I had read a few reviews about people not receiving their product or having an over all bad experience, but I REALLY wanted to try. Instead of just assuming the worst and not trying, I reached out to the company directly to ask about it.
They reassured me that this was not an ongoing issue, and explained they had gone through a difficult period with a carrier that has since been corrected. Even though I was still a bit reluctant, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.
I did receive my product (obviously, otherwise I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this review lol). I wanted people to see the other side of something that is natural and actually effective.
I’ve been using AngelLift for about two months, and the changes have continued to evolve over time, which has made me really happy. This isn’t an overnight gimmick, it feels like something that truly works with your body.
Emma from customer service was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind, and reassuring throughout the process, which made a huge difference in my decision to move forward.
I can’t wait to order my next pair and upgrade to a stronger version. I started with the Originals because I wanted to spend less money “just in case,” but honestly, I kind of wish I had gone stronger right out of the gate, and that’s okay!
Overall, I’m really happy I gave this a chance.
International customers stay FAR away from this company
I paid almost $300 CAD for Professional Dermastrips from AngelLift. This price included a $41 USD shipping fee to Canada. Exorbitant, especially given the relatively small size and weight of what I purchased, but okay.
AngelLift promises the checkout total includes all taxes/duties/shipping with “no surprises.” This is misleading marketing and wasn't at all true to my experience. Canada Post refused delivery of the item until I paid an EXTRA $39 CAD to release my parcel.
This unexpected fee was the first issue. The second issue was the company's complete and utter silence. I emailed them three times requesting an explanation, and after a week of no response, I emailed again requesting a full refund for a product I had paid for in full yet never received.
There has been no reply. No resolution. This company neglected to communicate that I would need to pay an additional $40 CAD fee to receive the item (after already paying $300 CAD!!) and then when I tried to find out what was going on, they completely ghosted me.
Delays happen. Mistakes happen. But taking someone’s money quickly and then vanishing when the delivery doesn’t match your own policy is absolutely unacceptable.
After I had this experience, I went online and found so many other stories like this, on the BBB, Trustpilot, and Reddit. I am not the first person this company has done this to, and I most certainly won't be the last.
If you're an international customer, stay away.
