Good Customer Service
I prefer speaking over the phone, but apparently your phone's are in the process of upgrade so everything was handled through emails which was quite sufficient. I had some basic questions about withdrawing funds and wanted to make sure that my account was set up correctly. Your representative Cathy did a good job of explaining some specific things which were not clear and directly applicable to me in the FAQs.
I still have some funds outstanding, but apparently that just has to do with processing time on the other end, and it appears that your bookkeeping is fully accountable.
It's been a learning experience, thank you and I will certainly call or write with any more questions or concerns.

I have tried so many times to get in touch with someone here and it hasn't happened. The number just goes to voicemail. Very concerning me and my family are needing the funds from our fundraiser and no one is able to speak with us.

AngeLink is Great!
I was pleased with the site and was able to refer enough people to meet my goal. However, some of the people I didn't know and there was no way to thank them. AngeLink should have a way to send thank you notes to donors.

I will never use angeLink again. As they partnered with stripe, it is literally impossible to get your money and is very very stressful. Thank you for taking some years off my life!!!!! And try answering the dang phone or calling someone back!!!! Ridiculous

The fact that the family in need was given the entire donation made it very likely I will donate to one of their cases. The staff was extremely kind as well. 100% impressed. Donation date was 6/29/24. My 10 year old granddaughter had a small fundraiser for her 2 cousins.

Fraud & Deceiving
My husband & I started a fundraiser for our daughter & her husband because our daughter was very ill and in the hospital and her medical status was changing by the minute. Her husband, a police officer took off work to be by her side as there were so many unknowns and what outcome would be. We started our fundraiser on GoFundme, then her best friend told us about Angelink and suggested that might be a better avenue. Not knowing much about fundraising, we CLOSED our GoFundMe account and started an Angelink account. This has been the WORST mistake we have made.
Once you create an account, you can’t edit any of the ‘story’ it is locked. It is like a puzzle to alter the beneficiaries. And the payouts… yes it says they payout twice a month 15th & 30th, but if those days are on a weekend or holiday they will begin the process the next business day, received 2-3 business days) Our daughters 1st pay out was 11/15 (Saturday), first business day, Monday, 11/17/25. Today is Wednesday 11/19/25, Wednesday and there is no notification of payment started, and our daughter has not received payment. My husband has called the number on the website, he has sent emails all unanswered. Our daughter and her husband received about $3800 in donations but can’t seem to get it, in a time they desperately need it. I should have done my homework before canceling our GoFundMe account, instead I went on one persons word. And yes, it’s sketchy that the once an account is created it can not be deleted. (It is not setup that way).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO USE AS FUNDRAISING NEEDS OR EVENTS.

Your feedback about editing, beneficiaries, and payout timing is important to us, and we want to confirm that the funds raised on behalf of your daughter were successfully released into the bank account registered on file. Our customer care team has been in communication with the fundraiser organizer and confirmed that the funds have been successfully deposited into the bank account on November 19.
