I purchased a dress directly from Angelegant's website based on the photos and product description.

Unfortunately, the dress I received was materially different from what was advertised. The quality, fabric, construction, and overall appearance did not match the images or description on the website.

I contacted customer service and requested a refund. Their response was that I could return the dress to China at my own expense. The cost of tracked international shipping exceeded the value of the dress, making the proposed solution impractical.

This was not a case of changing my mind about the purchase. The issue was that the product delivered did not match what was advertised.

I recommend that prospective buyers carefully review independent customer experiences before purchasing.

If I could give this a zero stars, I would. I ordered three dresses totaling $134. They arrived at a fairly decent time. I opened up the first package. It was exactly what I ordered Opened up the other two and I thought there was a mistake that maybe somebody else had ordered these and it was given to me so I emailed them and they said we’re sorry that you feel that these aren’t the right items. You can always return them, but we will tell you that the shipping is going to be very expensive. I went back-and-forth with them. I showed them pictures of these two items and they refused to do anything. They wouldn’t give me a shipping label. They wouldn’t refund a portion so I had no choice. I went to my bank and I filed a dispute now I have a temporary credit of the two dresses, but now it’s in pre-arbitration going back-and-forth between their bank and themselves to try to determine what happened with these two dresses but when you place an order nowhere within their website, does it say that they will substitute what they think might be a similar product in case whatever you ordered isn’t available. They are extremely misleading. They are fraudulent and they’re not to be trusted at all.

Paid for Linen, received a cheap stretchy synthetic fabric. Seller is refusing to refund. Quality of fabric and cut is exceedingly poor.

Don’t purchase from Angelegant. The quality of dress I received was very poor and their return policies are a joke. I initiated a return the day I received the dress because it was such poor quality. They made me an offer to credit my account $10 and then $20 for my $50 purchase. My other option was to ship the dress back to China which would cost about as much as the dress itself. I was not allowed to ship the dress back to the return address in California on my original package. Run don’t walk AWAY from this company.
