Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Angel London.

The product I received did not match the description or material advertised on the website. I could not safely wear it.
When I requested a refund and return they expected me to pay the international return cost to India, while they are attempting to deduct money from my refund.

I strongly dispute this deduction. In my experience, the advertising was misleading and the customer service has been extremely poor.

I would not recommend Angel London. Please do your research carefully before ordering. It’s definitely 100% a scam.

If I could give a 0 review then I would. DO NOT use this company. I bought a jacket, came nothing like the photo. I contacted them to return and get a refund, they offered me half price to keep it. I refused, ended up sending the item back to China - it has since been returned to me because it was refused/unclaimed in China. Now nobody is responding to my emails. Absolute Scam!!!!!

Badly made plastic rubbish. Wanted to return, they tried desperately to make me keep it - fit only for landfill, definately do not want to give it house room. Getting rid of it is their responsibility.

Returned over six weeks ago, still no refund. Thieving scum!

Warning - this company is now selling in Facebook under a different name. I saw the shoddy dress I bought advertised (pic was lovely, what turned up was cheap rubbish - I made an earlier review). I can’t recall what they’d changed Angel to, it was something like Carmen London.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would have! This is a con!!! They ship late from Aisa and the quality of their garments is really poor. You will have to pay £25 to return any goods! Absolutely gutted that I was conned!!!!

This place is a scam!
I bought a dress from this website and when it arrived it was nothing like the item shown on the web, it was also faulty in two places, there was faulty stitching on the shoulder seam and a faulty pocket. I stupidly fell for the website which has fake TrustPilot Reviews. It took me a little while to find these actual reviews to realize I am one of many people who have had the same experience. As the item was faulty I asked for a refund, but the company insist that I send the item back to an address in China at my expense (£20 - £25). In email contact with them I highlighted that consumer law means I should not have to pay to return a faulty item, but this has not changed their position. I have just raised a complain with PayPal, so I hope I can get my money back this way.
Avoid this company - don't fall for the scam that I fell for.
UPDATE: PayPal were very supportive, I had to send the item back , but that only cost £11 not the £25 they quote, PayPal has issued me with my refund, so i'm only £11 out of pocket - way better than loosing the price of the dress (approx £40) and at least this awful scam company didn't get any profit from me. I really recommend going via PayPal complaints to get your money back

Sadly I did not review the company before buying. As per other reviews, clothes were nothing like pictured. The company uses bullying tactics to avoid returns, pretending to be ecological concerns.
Most disturbingly their website guarantees money back and pretends to be London based.
Dishonest. Will never use again.

After ordering my item (what I assumed was a warm winter coat), I sadly read all these reviews and spent the next 10 days worrying about whether my bank account would be emptied. The item turned up, but bore absolutely no resemblance to the item I ordered. In essence, I also received a rubbish, thin hoodie that I had spent £40 on. I have emailed them but am not expecting a reply. Lessons learnt. Appalling.

Awful company - the item was so poor and not like what was advertised and as all have already stated, in order to return its £20-£25 to some address in Asia. Absolutely con of a company. Wish I’d read the reviews before I’d ordered.

The clothes are awful, don't look like the website pictures, I could have made them myself, that's how bad they are. Thought I was buying from a company in London but sadly from Asia which I hate buying from, only when you try to return do you realise you have to send to Asia at your own expense. Save your money.

Do not use this company. The photographs look lovely and the pre purchase service was good. The 'winter sale finishing today' has been going on for weeks! There is a very clever pop up when you purchase an item which says you can have another for a reduced price, it is a time activated notice so I panicked a bit and pressed the wrong button. WHen I complained they didd give me the money back for the first item but when the dress eventually arrived from china it was very cheap and nasty, certainly not 'cosy for winter days', very thin fabric. It was also huge for a small fitting... If I want to send it back it will cost, they say, at least £20. It isnt worth the risk of their not refunding me so I have taken it to a charity shop and count it as experience.

Sadly, my experience with this company has been identical to the other reviewers. I waited 2 weeks for 2 shoddy garments to arrive from China. The same offer was made of keep the garments and 20% refund or pay £20-£25 for return postage to China. I don't trust that I would ever get a refund and I think I will find it difficult to find a charity shop that's willing to take the clothes. I have learnt a valuable lesson the hard way.

I ordered jacket, it was poorly sawn hoodie. Obviously should have thought the deal was too good to be true.
Return is £25 so not worth the bother.
Also, the reviews on the website are fake.

The website will make you think premium, high quality product, surely from a UK base. The product I received looks nothing like it does in the advert, is cheap material, and came all the way from their one warehouse in Asia. Therefore I can't send it back but have been offered 20% refund, which I've refused. I keep looking back at their website to check I'm looking at the right company. The discrepancy between the website and reality is so shocking. Don't trust Facebook reviews nor their website 'Trustpilot' reviews - clearly misrepresented.

SCAM!!! I ordered several items the website stated were in stock. 2 weeks have passed and no order arrived despite several attempts to contact customer service. Website suggests they come from London but the tracking suggests they’re coming from China.

I am the victim of a scam. The ad claimed that the price had been dropped from £100, but the garment wasn’t even worth the reduced price. It is supposed to be a dress but is no longer than a tunic, and the fabric is thin and see-through. It took ages to arrive and my effort to obtain their returns address has been ignored so far. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

My mom bought a leather pilot jacket from their website which cost £70 as a Christmas present for my dad, originally the item didn't arrive to which they advised a new one would be sent out but wouldn't arrive until after Christmas.

The jacket arrived and wow... the quality was an absolute shamble!!! It wasn't leather, it wasn't the same colour and didn't look anywhere near the quality as advertised in the photo!!

My mom has attempted to contact them to get a refund, but is now getting ignored. I have sent an email today requesting for the refund to be arranged.

The company is not UK based and the items are shipped from China which I wouldn't let a dog use!
