I really enjoyed listening to the webinar through a Zoom meeting. The training and the services offered are geared toward investors, real estate holders and stock traders, but would be valuable to anyone that wants to protect their assets, or mitigate taxation. They reinforced the idea to let those in your family & friends know what your wishes are through life, incapacitation, or passing.

I really enjoy working with this company and they are constantly making improvements to help educate their clients. They also offer daily live events where you can get your questions answered. I recommend.

Run don’t walk! I don’t know who’s leaving these reviews but it does seem odd that many are rather new and appeared after I wrote mine and I have seen a lot of reviews in many forums that are poor and complain of similar experiences. I spent $12,000 on a useless membership. I should’ve trusted the negative reviews, I read and all of the red flags. When you question them, they send you in circles and then when you get serious they drop you after they’ve cost you thousands of dollars in mistakes and not one tax saving strategy explained or implemented as anybody could create useless LLCs. After I filled out a survey at their prompting, I rated it for what it was, which was a horrible experience. They asked me to elaborate my telling the truth, and perceived threat of litigation - because I was not getting anywhere with them and I was not getting any refund led to the most patronizing and degrading conversation I’ve ever had with an attorney and I only got a hold of an attorney because they didn’t like my email. Given improper returns that were not looked at properly and refused to help and said they could amend it later. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman that was talking down to me like he was above me in every way after I filled out their satisfaction survey he kept saying “look I don’t want to get into the minutia” because if we did get into the minutia, you can’t explain yourself so the best defense is just to say you don’t want to get into the details because if you really did, you’d have to explain away things you can’t explain. But you will keep my $12,000 with no work done what appears to be an AI tax review or at best was useless because I paid for tax strategies - and except for useless LLCs I did not get what was promised. I also want to respond to the baseless below response by some unknown person, condensing my matter into a small paragraph. They violated the law by unilaterally canceling my contract without refund because I complained and threatened litigation only when I did not get what I contracted for. They blamed me for everything things that do not make sense. They offered a refund of a very small amount and still to date I have no tax strategy and now no membership because I complained that I wasn’t getting what I paid for which is my right. When you unilaterally canceled my membership, you have a duty to refund the entire amount not what you feel is fit. When I hired them in February, they absolutely said they could take on my returns and get them filed on time by October. There’s a whole blog about it even on Reddit. There’s the Better Business Bureau complaints. There is extensive reviews that mirror mine. We can’t all be wrong. The tax advisor actually said to me at the end of the conversation that he had one last thing to say, and that was I am ending this call. I begged for a error free return to be amended prior to October 15th begged for tax saving strategies or even to get my properties protected. All never completed. If you think a two year tax review that looks like it came out of AI that tells you your risk of certain areas to them is tax strategies. Well then save yourself the $12,000 and put your returns into AI because it would do a better job than what I received. It appears on taxes at best they farm your stuff out where I’m not really sure. You’ll be put in an endless loop of circles and how dare you keep $12,000 for creating three useless LLCs and providing not only no tax saving strategies but actually costing me the most taxes I’ve ever paid.

I feel so fortunate that I received an invitation to this online event! I learned so much from Clint and Toby which will probably save me from some very costly and painful mistakes.
