From New Zealand, we struggle to find parts, and if we do, they are expensive. I don't know how I stumbled across Anderson's, but glad I did. Their prices are good and fast delivery.

The item arrived on time and was exactly as described on the website. Because my order was done on a Friday and the item wasn’t processed until the Monday, their customer services kindly upgraded the delivery to next day. I will use them again in the future.

Faultless Service-Thank You!
An online trawl for an (apparently) elusive part for my "Henry" carpet cleaner led me to Anderson Trade, who not only listed the item but would deal with me, despite not being anything remotely resembling a "trade" customer, which had caught me out on previous occasions with other companies("We're trade only, y'see mate").The fact that it had to be ordered in was no problem, and I was kept fully informed when the first example that arrived was found to be damaged on delivery. Within a couple of days the spray nozzle arrived in perfect condition, and having used the machine I can now report that it works absolutely perfectly, so a big thanks to you all at Anderson Trade, and my apologies for this somewhat tardy reply!
