Started using this cream a week ago and already I notice a difference. I have struggled for a few years now trying to find a product that would help my very dry skin to no avail. I came across And Begin by accident and I am so glad I decided to give it a go. Already my skin is feeling soft and hydrated and no more redness. I am going to purchase the moisturiser cream too.. very speedy delivery and product beautifully packaged. 5 stars

Like the products, and definitely have seen a difference in my skin barrier but quite expensive to keep up with. I feel that they run out quite quickly and actual container inside is quite small. Packaging is nice but id rather have more product than nice boxes.

I thought the whole process was really simple but amazing. I can’t wait to receive my order and try! Also on a plus I can’t believe I got my first order for just 4.99 😊

Brilliant! I have seen such a difference in skin texture and I definitely have a more even skin tone. My fine lines and wrinkles are looking better, my pores are smaller and I find the serum very moisturising so I don’t need an extra moisturiser when I use it in the evening.
Much better than another brand I tried.

Love the serum in a cream my skin feels brighter and smoother and this is only week one.

Feeling the benefits already, love it!

Love! I’ve done all the wrong things for my skin over the years - not used the right (if any) skincare products, drank too much alcohol and not enough water, sat baking in the sun, even smoked in my younger days. At age 42 the fine lines around my eyes and forehead are becoming more prominent, with the added bonus of still being prone to breakouts (yay!) and which has been partly why I never bothered with skincreams etc because I’d just breakout.
This product however is like a miracle in a bottle, I really am impressed! Ive not had one spot, the fine lines seem a lot less severe and my skin just looks healthy and glowy (even after a birthday night out!). Like another reviewer said, my nighttime routine used to be hit and miss too, but not now because I really look forward to slapping this on my face and neck each and every(!) night.
As for the cost, yeah it’s a subscription, but I’m super busy and can’t be a**** with remembering something else to buy/do so that’s one less thing to worry about! Aaaand, I’ve been having to use less makeup so am saving money there, and time actually applying it, so happy days :)
I’ve been telling all my friends about it and as a perimenopausal woman I love this product.
My only gripe is I didn’t find it sooner! Thanks for increasing my confidence in and happiness with my skin xx

Although the packaging and website branding is lovely and the marketing cleverly tailored to the audience, there are lots of things I really didn't like about this company and would not buy from them again. Ultimately, it feels like its tricking people into subscriptions they don't want, and provided a laughable amount of product with ridiculous packaging.

I haven't used the product for many days yet, but the standards they hold themselves to and the defensive replies they give to customers making similar and very valid points have put me right off.

1) The bottle only contains a minuscule 18ml of product (less than a shot glass) - really expensive per ml. I haven't done the exact maths, but the recommended 4 pumps per night for 28 days would put each pump at less than 0.2 ml, which seems off - like it wouldn't last the full four weeks (and I can see a lot of reviewers say this).

2) Despite only containing 18ml, the bottle is large and weighty and comes in lots of cardboard packaging. Although this is recyclable and looks pretty, it is very wasteful of both materials and carbon emissions in delivery. It is made to feel premium, generous, and heavy so you believe you're getting value and so it looks nice on your shelf - not to provide value for money. I was shocked when I realised how little was in the bottle (which isn't see-through, so you can't see, and is made of some heavy material so you can't feel either).

3) The language on the webpage where you can make your first order is opaque and seems intentionally misleading. Despite being a subscription that auto-renews, it never says this and uses only very vague language in a faint colour - "Ongoing cost £29.99 / 4 weeks". It implies that's how much it would cost IF you wanted to buy more, NOT that it automatically sends you more. I can see many other people have raised this issue and the company have denied it is unclear. I've scrolled down the product page to see if there is more information about the subscription I somehow missed, but there isn't. They are happy to tell you about the ingredients, but not what you'd be committing to financially - it feels like a scam / trick.

4) Despite me saying my skin is oily, the cream feels very greasy on and leaves me shining.
