Refused day cream without specific reason
I did the survey for both day and night cream. I received the night cream but was rejected for the day. The email I received did not give me the exact details as to why which is very disappointing. I was advised to speak to my doctor which seems very extreme

Absolutely disgusted with this company! I ordered one eye cream online, then was sent subjected to constant payments of £19.99 from my card. The actual item I ordered was only £12. We usually advise that it can take customers up to 12 weeks before they begin to see a difference. It may be a little too soon to have seen results just yet.
