Fake bag scam

Bought the Everlock. Its description said it was leather and suede. After a two month wait, I received a PLASTIC bag with broken zippers and an absolutely disgusting smell. Customer support laughs at you and plays with you. PLEASE, DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

This "company" is a scam. I ordered the Empress Oversized Tote in a large and received a small bag that does not look like anything like the large bag advertised. I kept going back and forth with customer service requesting either a refund or the bag that I actually ordered and was offered a 30% discount on a future order. No ma'am. I've learned my lesson the first time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Item received about a month later! Nothing like item I ordered. Plastic not leather! & smelt dreadful. Offered 30% off future order - as if anyone’s going to order from them again😂 no refund offered - appalling so must rely on customer being scammed once - eventually they will have no customers as word of mouth is powerful. Do not buy from this company it’s a scam!! Not authentic leather goods at all! Appalling. Will be pursuing legal route of customer consumer rights. Absolutely livid with this company’s ethics

Do NOT waste your money on the Empress Oversized Tote from Anciora. What I received is nowhere near “oversized.” It’s a small, flimsy tote that looks nothing like the bag they advertise in their videos and photos. The product is completely misleading.

The quality is cheap, the sizing is inaccurate, and the whole thing feels like a bait-and-switch. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to fix the issue and hid behind their “no returns” policy even though they sent something totally different from what I paid for.

This was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a brand that’s honest about what they’re selling. I will never order from Anciora again.

After purchasing their oversized empress bag, I received a cheap mini coin purse. It is false advertising and they won’t refund my money. DO NOT BUY and REPORT THEM!

if I could give -10 stars I would. awful company. sends you something you never ordered and won't refund you or take items back. thank God I am protected with my credit card company! and Lina sends ridiculous emails that make no sense trying to force you to pay for items you never ordered! DO NOT TRUST

Thr bag they sent is not matching the one that i ordered. Even 1 star is too much for the products and the experience. This business is totally a scam, do not fall for it. I ordered an oversized kisslock bag, what i got an extremely cheap looking mini purse :( And it took weeks to arrive

I purchased an item from this website and paid in full. After completing the purchase, I was informed 10 days later that the item was not available. Despite this, I have not received a refund, and their customer service has completely stopped responding to my emails.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Be very careful before buying from this site.
