Ancient Roman Back Brace
I bought this from the company thinking it would be best to deal directly, at $53.00 it was more expensive than the others. First, they say to order a size larger than what the chart states, why not just correct the chart to represent the actual brace size; my first one was too small so I had to Pay $17 more for another. It took six weeks to come from CHINA, I had just been through a major spine surgery and this was needed to help pull me back towards upright after being bent nearly half over from nerve pain. I expressed the need to get it here yet this took as I said, Six weeks. It arrived with the strap not sticking on one side because it was too short, one was correct and the other four inches shorted so there was no backing for it to stick to. At every turn they stalled, asking for information again and again. They asked after several emails would I like another and I replied Yes, yet they never followed up or returned emails after that, I responded another two times that I wanted a replacement for the defective one which they had no intentions of doing as after thirty days they pulled the It's past the guarantee period. A good brace would have helped me post op but had to wait all that time unable to buy another one even at the half price good ones are compared to this one. I gave them every opportunity to make it right and would have left a good review, this is honestly my first negative review I've posted but feel so strongly about the experience felt it needed to be done, I personally care about others feelings and well being. I've deleted a good bit in order to keep it to the point, thank you..
