Wouldn't recommend at all! We took on this tool on the basis that it could provide insights into the audience demographics of a hashtag - which the dropdown list showcased under the Plus package. Immediately realized they couldnt provide and have had zero response from company about a refund. Sent 6 emails with no reply - seems very dodgy.
By far, one of the most affordable social media tools I've used as they don't have hidden extra cost for their service, and I can analyze as many Instagram profiles and hashtag worry-free.

I was looking for TikTok analytic for a project and stumbled upon analisa.io which provided free TikTok reports. Unfortunately, the free version report only offers a little bit of information. I asked their team for a free trial, but they offered me a product tour instead and that was great.
I subscribed to the plus plan for three month, and the experience was great. I can get historical data of TikTok stars profile and the trending hashtag for my project. They do have several downtimes when TikTok updated their system but the support team was quick to provide me manually generated report. I will definitely, use the service again for my future projects.
I've been subscribing to the Pro yearly plan for a year, and it's been very helpful in giving me insight into which KOLs would suit the campaigns we ran. I can monitor the performance of the previous campaign and evaluate the strategy that I can improve on. The tool was also helpful in giving me insight into what campaign our competitor is running.
The report is neutral and user-friendly, with a minimal learning curve. The PDF and CSV format report allows me to a simpler or more in-depth reporting.
If anything, I wish they would add the follower growth data in the future, and have the option for subscribers to analyze selected posts on Instagram, instead of the whole profiles or hashtags.
took money out of my account without any consent and refuse to refund- took £541 out of my account when the prior year I had said I wanted to end my subscription. Bank looked at it and agreed the company are out of line but they know what they are doing. If you read down this has happened to lots of other people. What they are doing is not illegal but designed to catch people out. Most companies will give a refund when they know no service has been performed and money was taken in error.
Please other prospective clients of analisio be warned! Analisio will not refund once they get hold of your money!
If you read the comment below need no more proof- " but unfortunately, the system did not receive the request until a few days after the renewal" - so will not refund me even though they are aware I did not want service!!!

I would like to share that Analisa.io is a subscription-based service where the automated renewal will occur monthly or yearly until the subscribers terminate the subscription. The visitors have been informed of the information before subscribing and we accept it a consent once the transaction is made. I have noted as well that you have been advised to cancel the plan before the renewal, but unfortunately, the system did not receive the request until a few days after the renewal.

Everything about this service is terrible. However they used to be able to get Instagram data that it was hard to find elsewhere, however now they can't even do that.
The worst service and customer service I have ever experienced from a software provider. Avoid at all costs.

I requested canceling on their site but it kept saying that I was still on their premium. I tried to cancel my subscription and send them an email, they replied to confirm that they terminated my subscription 1 month ago and I am still charged today. they just steal your money
The platform doesn't work. It will easily take your payment but they take forever to respond to any of your questions should you have any and you will. The data hasn't been working for awhile for me even after refreshing the main page. I asked them to cancel my account and they told me to downgrade to basic but it won't even allow you to downgrade. Do not use this, there are other platforms to utilize for 75 bucks a month.
