It’s been 8 days since I emailed for a return label, I’m still waiting

Placed order on 25th December, no response to emails. Emailed customer care on 22nd Jan 2024, nothing.

no product, no customer service.
I placed and paid for an order on December 29,2023. I have received no confirmation of shipment or delivery. I have reached our several times to the customer service department with no response.

Never received my order. No refund nothing, been emailing “customer service “ and no response.

Ordered some candles as a gift and am told they are beautiful. I am disappointed because it took two weeks longer to arrive than the original 5 day shipping date sent me after my order got submitted. So unfortunately the gift did not arrive on time. Right before the package got delivered I got a refund on one of the items saying not all candles were able to be sent because they ran out. If an item is out of stock the customer should be informed before the package gets shipped out so the appropriate accommodations can be made. So not only did the gift arrive late, it was not complete. As the package was in route I got a notification saying the package had been cancelled. I sent an email inquiring about it and received no follow up but then a few days later the package with missing items was delivered. I did get a refund for the missing item immediately which was refreshing but the entire experience with this company was not enjoyable and if you are paying $80 for 1 candle the customer support and information should be better. Not worth purchasing an item from this company in my opinion.

The items were good and beautiful and arrived quick but no where they say post and and package price until checkout on paypal !
I cancelled straight away once I realised I’ve paid £62 for post vi email provided on website . Obviously never got any respond and never cancelled.
For 2 small cases I’ve paid £180

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. The products look nothing like the videos on their website/Facebook etc.
when you ask to return the item for a refund they'll advise no.

I placed my order on the 8th September for "Her" & Angelica ceramic vase which arrived on the 3rd November. I expected a longer than usual delivery wait time as the item had been shipped from the United States. Unfortunately upon arrive, one of the vases was damaged and I contacted the company to organise a replacement. The items are indeed lovely but their customer service is non existing as I still have not received any communication from the company. Really disappointing
