Poor customer service
Ordered a week ago, still haven’t received my item. Emailed twice for an update as the item has not been shipped from the store and have received no response at all. A-Kem please contact me to discuss further.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
On checking we had no emails from you in our inbox but I did find the two as you say you sent in our junk folder.
My one and only telephone number is provided on all orders as well as my website. Perhaps after you didn’t get a response to your first or even second email you might have considered calling us.
I know that’s what I would do, but maybe that’s just me being logical instead of immediately launching into a 1 star review. But like I say. Maybe that’s just me.
I’ve sent you a full refund as you shouldn’t have to wait more than a week for an item. This is far from the norm as you would have seen from all my 5 star trustpilot reviews.
I also seen the ordered item was an AVA gun, and as you haven’t bought the washer from me, nor any of our other products from our extensive range; the easiest and quickest resolution is to refund you in full and hope AVA can supply you directly.

Quality Products, Great Customer Service
Purchased the AVA P80, Ross talked me through all the options and the details and we selected the pressure washer that met my needs. I Have tried all of the A-Kem range I don't believe there is a bad product in it.
Personal Favorites are Hybrid and Clearview.

Couldn't find a replacement trigger for my Ava pressure washer anywhere. Not even the manufacturer. So I was delighted to find A-KEM Automotive had them in stock. The gun was well packaged and delivery was swift. Thank you.

Pressure washer resolved
I purchased a pressure washer from this company unfortunately it arrived damaged however rob at anachem went above and beyond along with his contacts at ava of Norway to not only resolve the issue but too set up a loan machine until a replacement was available I cannot speak highly enough of this company and management they were superb with how they handled my issue and would recommend anyone to use there site I have thanked Rob personally but I felt necessary to share how good this company and customer care is thanks again and will defo use your services in the future.

Great for trucks as well as cars
I've been using a lot more products, due to a regular wash for my truck and it's hard to look past A Kem for both price and quality. Always happy with both the products and the service.
