Overall I have had a good experience…
Overall I have had a good experience with AMS mortgages. They are helpful and responsive. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is that I had to repeat a lot of information I provided initially at other stages in the process. Information I provide should be accessible to all staff in the chain so that I dont need to keep repeating myself.

Luke, Alex, Claire and Shanita thank you very much for my mortgage offer which i recieved today after being left with no hope by the previous broker, I can't thank you guys enough.
I was running out of time as we were going to miss out on our dream home but after my initial call to Luke where he got things moving quickly and then to Claire for being in constant touch with me and the lender we have finally got a mortgage offer.
Can't thank you guys enough. If anyone is struggling for a mortgage or previously declined please get in touch AMS.

Service was outstanding
Service was outstanding, both Luke and Claire have been amazing throughout the whole process. Communication was bang on always on the other end of the phone when needed! Will definitely use them again!!

Disappointed with the service
Disappointed with the service. Poor communication: was quick to take money for an AIP took 12 weeks and still application was rejected, wasted our time and shattered our hopes, luckily found another broker who arranged the mortgage with no stress in just 5 days! Would not recommend

For the record my team were as disappointed as you on the outcome of this decline . As you know we only take cases on that we feel that we can get across the line and 99% of our cases move to offer in record time .
However in this instance due to the complexity of the case ( which I wont go into on this forum but will gladly discuss privately ) and despite several challenges with underwriter's your application was declined .........not the outcome we were looking for .
On a positive note , so glad to read you have managed to sort your issue out in the end

Quick and Efficient service
David and Alex were very helpful in answering all of my questions, and got me the mortgage figure I required very quickly and efficiently. I had been told it would not be possible to obtain the figure required from another broker, but AMS made it happen. 10/10 would recommend their service to a friend.

From the start they were friendly and…
From the start they were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Steps were explained in a way that was easy to understand and we have been kept on the loop with everything even when things seemed like they might go slow so that we weren't chasing them.
Overall a good experience in an area nobody really want to use. I'd highly recommend them.
