I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased the phones for my 89 year old mum, she only has very limited sight.
The phones were very difficult to programme and once we had them programmed she still couldnt work them. They were out the box for max 39 mins. I requested a return which I had already made sure they could be returned.
I paid £15.00 recorded delivery. Today I’ve received an email to say unfortunately the phones have got some scratches on and they have not been packaged in the correct packaging which is absolute nonsense. If the phones have got scratches on they were delivered like that because they literally have not been used and I may not have packaged them exactly how they were packaged but all the packaging was returned in some form. So I’ve not been informed that I now need to send them £4 to have the phone to return to me and they will not refund them. Absolute pointless because I can’t use the phones so they’re quite happy to take £89 off of a more less blind lady who can’t use these phones and saying that they’ve been scratched they sent photos of the scratches which is not even scratches their little marks which as I say must’ve already been on them because they have not been touched. I would most definitely think twice from ordering from this company if you’re not sure about the phones being suitable because the return is not easy.

Unfortunately we received a faulty device.
While the company is absolutely correct in that they need us to send it back while they investigate, they offered no alternative in the meantime, and the possibility of being out £160 and the device, if they deemed it unrepairable. The monitor arrived damaged, clearly it's been returned by someone, or damaged in the warehouse and sold anyway. However, if they did not agree that it had arrived damaged, I was told they would keep the device and also not refund us. There was no offer of a replacement in the meantime, leaving a Deaf family without a vital device. Luckily, the main function of the device is unaffected, however a broken device should never have been sold, and there should be a method of replacement while you're testing the device, which by your own admission would have taken 5-6 weeks, which is just unacceptable.

Product is exactly as described and has enabled my 91 year old mother to have better phone conversations

Easy to.order, did need a connector to.plug into my digital voice but no complaints at all, very happy cheers

In terms of receiving the product, the service ticks all the boxes. Beyond that and to be honest writing a review this early on in the process, is a bit premature, in my opinion. I have already told you people to get back to me after 3 months and so right now nothing has changed.

Needed replacement phones for my elderly sister ordered from Amplifued telephones and found the experience fantastic . Iam not a technical wizard but these phones didn’t need one . The order was promptly processed and delivered was quick and efficient and very well packaged.

Excellent phone excellent quality and super fast delivery

Having quite severe hearing loss I was unable to hear anyone speak on my landline phone. Read up on these amplified phones and thought i would give them a try. Because they have a booster button on the side i now can hear a conversation. To make it more clearer i still use loudspeaker but on my old phones I couldn't hear anything not even the ring tone. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is struggling to give them a try worth every penny

Quick and easy to purchase the telephone, which arrived promptly.
Decent quality product purchased for my parents who are hard of hearing and though its early days, the enhanced in-call volume does seem to be louder than other phones tried. So far a success!

Ordered an amplified flip phone for my 92 year old mother in law, who lives in a care home, as she was struggling to press the right buttons to answer her simple mobile. She also couldn't hear when she did answer.

Unknown to us she wasn't putting the phone to her ear! So we have put a sticker on the front of her new flip phone to remind her to open the phone and put it to her ear. So far she has been much better.

The only little niggle is the volume buttons are still on the side where you hold the phone so she often turns it down but when it is turned up full she is able to hear much better than with her old phone.

The service and speed of order was excellent.
