This is a beautiful linen pajama set. It arrived in a reasonable time and is very high quality breathable linen. Would have been 5 stars but there was a small snag in the fabric on the arm.

Great quality product
Great quality product! I ordered a pajama set in dusty lavender, the color is beautiful. The fabric is thicker linen, not see through, just be prepared it may be thicker than what you would get from a department store. It is kind of looser/boxier but that’s of course expected because there is no stretch in 100 percent linen. It did take about 3.5 weeks to receive but the products are handmade to order (which means nothing is wasted in over production, yuppie!!). You just need to take that into consideration when you order. I emailed the company a couple of times and they responded promptly within a day, great customer service, thank you. It came beautifully packaged with a thank you card. I am definitely ordering more!! Great product and great company, very much recommend!!

I am really sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service... Each and every linen piece is handmade on order, and our production time is 1-2 weeks. We then ship the order by either regular shipping services or Fedex Express (which you can choose when ordering) and that takes depending on where you are based (usually around a week but sometimes longer with regular shipping). Your order was shipped on the 21st April and it should reach you any day now.

A satisfied customer
Our purchase did take a while to arrive as there was a delay in sending out the initial order, however, the company responded quickly to our complaint, and were then very communicative and helpful in ensuring that we received the parcel safely and quickly.
We are absolutely delighted with the bed linen. It is gorgeous!
In the end I would recommend this company as they dealt with our complaint very attentively and quickly, and the linen is a very high quality, beautiful product.

Excellent quality but slow delivery time
My order took 3 weeks to arrive but after I contacted the company they were responsive and it was sent promptly. The dress is lovely and the quality is excellent and I am very happy with it. I just would have expected some communication around the delivery time.

Item never arrived in California
I ordered Dec 16 and the shipping estimate indicated the item would arrive by Christmas in California. 6 weeks later, it still has not arrived. The confirmation number i was given was for the Netherlands and didn't provide any information about arriving in the US.

I’m so sorry to hear that! We've experienced a tremendous increase in volumes during Q4 of last year, therefore a lot of orders were delayed up to a month, including yours. I've checked the system and it appears that your order is still on the way. During peak holiday sales sometimes shipments get lost and we feel that as a brand we owe you for the extremely long shipping time. Good quality fabric, but my oder was sent to wrong address
Good quality fabric, relatively fast delivery, the only reason I put 3 stars is because the shop has put wrong address on the package and so my order could have been lost. Thanks to Fedex for giving me a call to figure out the issue and delivering the package to the correct address. The shop didn't explain the reason for this issue, but I hope they are going to make some improvements and eliminate the possibility of similar issues in the future.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with the shipment. Glad to hear everything was well in the end, and you've received our premium quality products. To explain what went wrong here, I'd like to say that we use dedicated systems and direct integrations with the shipping companies, to eliminate human error. So the only issue is that perhaps the system didn't read your address as you've intended. Perhaps due to the city's name being written several times. Anyways, I'm so glad you've received the products in the end and hope they've met your expectations!

I love your products, they are beautiful quality. I've bought tablecloths to offer as wedding gifts and they have been well received. I bought wide linen for curtains and they worked very well.
