Hi Theresa,
We're sorry you're not satisfied with your shipping and support experience. In the effort to be fully transparent, I want to detail what actually transpired.
You placed your order on June 4th. We state plainly that we ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. We shipped your order same day. You chose USPS priority flat rate shipping, which generally is 2 to 3 days but is not guaranteed.
Since USPS doesn't count the drop off day or Sundays, that makes June 8 the 3rd day. You started emailing my Concierge team that day. From that date, they have provided daily updates regarding their contact with USPS to get a status update on your package. In every message they were crystal clear that you would receive your order even if we had to re-ship it.
That was not good enough for you, and continued pressure and emails kept coming into the team. Keep in mind, your package at that point was ONE day late. Even today, it's only THREE days late. USPS has made it very clear they do not think this package is lost, just running late due to a mix-up in Detroit.
Regardless, you continued to pressure for an unreasonably fast resolution (refund or re-ship) because hey, why not, you know packages run late sometimes and you're hoping to get something for free. Still, my team offered to open a case with Route shipping protection on your behalf so you didn't have to deal with that hassle.
Since then we have continued to work with Route, although I did instruct my team to no longer reply to you. Their work with Route has resulted in Route offering a full refund in a less than 24 hour turn around time.
Please know, this apparently wasn't good enough for you either because you don't want Route to refund via PayPal or Venmo,
Any reasonable person understands that mail runs late sometimes. We aren't Amazon Prime (who also runs late on occasion). To send email after email demanding free product because your package is THREE days late is not reasonable in any sense of the word. And then amplifying that pressure by leaving a bad Trustpilot review is not normal behavior.
You're a bully trying to get free stuff. My team and I will no longer entertain this madness. You have a blessed day.
