Got money 100% advance. Haven't delivered. Don't want to refund.

Great service, they delivered on time and they deliver a product with good quality.

I am doing business with Amikon since 2021. Every time they fulfil my all requirement on time with highly professional way.

We bought some goods in a new condition, but when we received them, there were defintly not new but used. After contacting there support we din't received any anwser, after sending a dozen of e-mails, we received an awnser but not one to be happy with.

They need to discuss the case with the manager but untill now, we didn't received any constructive answer where we can deal with towards our customer.

They don't want to give us our money back, they don't want to send new parts in a perfect condition. (or ignore your questions)

Don't understand that a company like this still exists and can keep doing business.

Conclussion: Uncorrect offer (lies), low quality goods and bad in communication

selling 'new' parts as used and not offering any solution. don't buy here

received scrap parts, sold on website branded as new.

Unfortunately, we decided to purchase from them. When the order was placed, they put up the price a 40%, so we decided to cancel the order. After weeks calling and chasing them, they replied that they were going to refund us by PayPal, and they did, but taking the PayPal fee (182 USD $!!!!!). When we claimed this money back, thy only said they won´t be giving it back. AVOID TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (AMIKON LIMITED, AMIKON PLC). They will scam you!!!!!

Absolutely terrible business AMIKON LIMITED aka mooreplc.com and amikonplc.com and Amikon.cn. I ordered two new manufacturer sealed items from salesperson called Amy. I ordered because they said they had the items in stock, and would ship as soon as I made payment - I was in a rush for these items. They did not ship when payment was received. Amy continued lying to me that the items had been sent. Items were sent a week later. As a result I lost the customer because I did not meet the deadline for delivery. The items received were also not new manufacturer sealed as I wanted. Instead they were used items put in boxes with fake manufacturers labels. Programming blocks still on the CPU, and port covers missing. I messaged and emailed Amy from Amikon continuously - they either negate anything you say or ignore you. They lie to you and steal from you. This is why they dont use PayPal - because they are thieves and fraudsters. They cannot stop messaging you when they want to get business, then when they steal your money they wont reply to you. Terrible fraud.
