My sim card came in the mail prior to my overseas trip. I put it in my iPhone upon arrival and it worked just fine.

it started from when i went to pick up the phones. nothing was ready both times i went to pick them up after they told me it would be. ended up having waiting 30 minutes to get the phone. then they gave me the wrong device so i had to wait again to get it. ordered a mifi that said unlimited wifi. really it was 10 gb (it only mentions the 10gb cap on the order page in small print) because the low speed after 10 gb was not working at all.

also got emails that i didn't return the phones after everything was returned

It was extremely difficult to hear on the two phones we got and one charger was not working at all. We have used Amigo phones many times and this is the first time we had such an issue.

After shopping around, Amigo was the best option to try for renting a phone in Israel. Everything arrived quickly and was ready to go when we landed at Ben Gurion. We had no issues making or receiving calls.

Reliable, excellent reception and easy to use phone, I would recommend Amigo to anyone travelling to Israel.

All was good with phone but we returned right away and a week later we got an email that our phone was never returned:( they did email us back to tell us it was returned but it was upsetting and worrisome at the time.

the process was simple to pick up the phone, instructions for using the phone where clear, the service worked as promised, still waiting on the bill so I cannot yet comment on the accuracy of the billing

Got to Israel and Sim card did not work. Called Amigo a few times to report but no calls returned. Two weeks later Sim card replaced and cell phone is now operating.

Been using them for years and they always give great service and are very attentive and responsive to my needs.

The old fashioned phone is a little hard to text on, but it served its purpose. No problems. Thank you.

The service was fine, but the flip phone was not only old (I expected that) it was crude and not intuitive. too many steps to input a new contact, for example. Couldn't figure out how to set an alarm , and more such issues. I've rented such phones elsewhere in previous years, and the software was much better.

When I forgot my SIM card, Amigo got me another one very quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I have used Amigo phones two or three times in the last few years. The customer service reps have always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The service is great in that we are given a US number (free calls) and an Israeli number (free for the traveler making in country calls). I haven't shopped the prices but I believe they are quite reasonable. The SIM card arrived in time for the trip. During my son's trip last month, he was blocked for some reason from using the phone and could not communicate except for What's App. I called customer service in Atlanta and they identified the problem and within minutes the phone was working. Great job!!

Great little phone, efficient service, fair rates.

I was not able to receive calls on the Canadian phone number. I called the company to complain and have not heard back.
