Always a great service from Amigakit, I’ve bought stuff from them over the years and they’ve always been really helpful and friendly , their service is quick and the quality of their work is awesome. I highly recommend them for any Amiga accessories or upgrades.

I have been a long standing customer and have ordered a number of products over the years.

Amigakit provide a reliable, knowledgeable and professional service. Nothing is a problem. The phone and email support is great and they’re always happy to help where they can.

They have been serving the Amiga community for a considerable number of years and are a small independent business. Some items can take longer to ship/receive as they are custom made and set up, be patient as they can be swamped with orders.

Please support them.

To be honest, there was no problems with my previous orders but now my last order shows “pending” status 3 weeks after the payment without any additional information.
Last week i’ve sent an email (using their on site formula) to ask if there iare any problems with this very order but almost a week later zero answer.
UPDATE: changed my 1 star review to 3, because they are acting now just like in their best days, I’ve posted more questions about the X5000 complete system, because I would like to buy one in the next month, and they’ve answered everything very kind and very quick (really very quick, even at pretty late hours) so my trust seems to coming back again. I will update this review again when my x5000 will be ordered and delivered, so we will see if this issue related to my previous order was only a temporary disunction or not.
UPDATE2: My X5000 has been delivered safely and it works like charm, I am very satisfied with it. Also a good point that they replied again to my questions about some store items in a few minutes. I think this is a good example how to win back your lost reputation with proper work. After all I give the 5 star rating.

My latest is a replacement 512k Expansion for my A500 (mine was damaged by a leaking battery, the ram worked but the clock was dead). So small and neat. It's really good to know it was assembled to order and tested before dispatch.

There are very few companies left like this.

Got a piece of kit shipped all the way to the US. Arrived much faster than I was expecting. Excellent response time and the item was exactly what I was looking for.

Long serving webshop for the Amiga retro community. At times they take bit longer to process orders and messages than main stream shops, but they always come out on top. I highly reccomend them.

Have used AmigaKit a couple of times now. Products and service have been excellent, will definitely use again and can't recommend them enough.

Just before Christmas, I had a trip to AmigaKit HQ, as the piece of hardware they sold was not working, Chris found the problem in 10 minutes, and swapped it out, and upgraded my 1200 to use an SDcard, all it cost me was the extra hardware to do it, thanks for that and look forward to meeting you again at the workbench 2020 amiga event in Chipping Sodbury.

After a month of emailing them without answer, I tried to get my money back and finally they sent the package.

Excelent experience.
Ordered a SCSI2SD and some SCSI cables.
They answered to my email very fast.
Everything work as expected on my sampler Akai S6000.

Fantastic service once again!

It was a shot in the dark. I knew I'd missed the boat on picking up AmigaOS 4.1 FE for classic Amigas, but on the off chance I asked AmigaKit if they knew of any extra runs of the physical disc edition as I much prefer a physical copy of any media. The response was as expected - not likely to ever see anymore.... but then was the addendum - but I'll double check in the warehouse.... I had little hope of this proving sucessful but low and behold if they didn't just find a single sealed copy of AmigaOS 4.1 Classic. Over the moon!

This is hardly a one off though... I have been a customer of AmigaKit for many years at this point, ocassionally with me on a table not to far from them, usually demoing something mental (like my daft faux pax of bringing an Commodore A1500 and ending up next to Steve with his Checkmate Digital 1500 (and I do mean *his*)... Must admit I would love an original Checkmate A1500 as well as the new A1500+... but there you go...

AmigaKit supported Amiga Mart in Micro Mart, so thank you very much for that and inadvertently allowing my column in the mag to run until the magazine itself closed!

I have been a customer for over 15 years now, and won't ever stop being one... I just hope I can manage to afford a Tabor/A1222 oh and that special bnundle of software that *poke* isn't on the web shop yet from A-EON!

Sent in an A1200 for a recap, and it was back with me within two weeks. Very neat work, and the machine now functions perfectly with additional expansions.
AmigaKit also notified me of an audio issue which they cleaned up and tested.
This was the second machine they've worked on for me, and I continue to be happy with their work. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
