Place my order on August 6th, emailed to ask them to change the order on the 10th, no response. Sent a chasing email on the 27th, no response, also submitted a message via their web form on the same day. Item arrived on the 29th but as per the original order not the requested changes. At no point did I receive any acknowledgement of my 3 messages, pretty poor IMHO.

I bought eight megabytes memory expansion for the Amiga in 1200, this is a fantastic product! Amigakit thank you for the great communication and fast shipment.

Reasonable prices and I always got what I ordered. Pretty good selection of inventory as well. However, service is quite slow.

After a long absence I decided to fire my Amiga`s computers up.Sadly one had the Varta battery desease. Thankfully I was able obtain all the parts to repair and due to new technologies upgrade both units to vastly improve their performance. The technical support and advice I received pre purchase was superb and the service was top drawer especially during difficult times.

I bought an 8mb memory expansion for the Amiga 1200.
I initialy had some problems fitting it, but Amiga kit were very helpful and communicated how I should fit it

Bought an A1200 SD IDE drive - arrived with a preformatted 4GB card - all I had to do was follow on-screen instructions to install my Workbench disks and it was ready to go. Boots up in seconds.

I had a query about the installation orientation which was answered quickly.

I ordered the recently released 4xIDE adapter, along with the FastIDE Gayle adapter on Saturday the 2nd of May, and they arrived on Thursday the 7th. The software required to setup and use the adapter, along with the install instructions, was made available online on Sat the 9th of May - and today Sunday the 10th, I installed this kit in my A1200 tower.

It worked out of the box, and I was able to notice the speed increase immediately, with disk heavy activities feeling snappier. A speed test showed a consistent 2.4 to 2.8Mbps speed from the on board IDE in the 1200, not bad at all!

I've ordered many things over the years from AmigaKit. They have always delivered quickly. My recent two orders in 2020 were sent out by them in 1 day! Their website and order history is also great, you can keep track of exactly what you purchased. You can't go wrong with AmigaKit, very reliable!

I have been ordering from AmigaKit since its (relatively) small beginnings in the early 2000's until present day. I will continue to order from them in the future!

I have always received excellent service from AmigaKit and I know that the people who work there are Amiga fans first and foremost.

It is a great service to the AMIGA community that AmigaKit continues to offer hardware/software for the AMIGA platform. They still develop *new* hardware/software as well, filling the gaps where old hardware/software is no longer available. The products they develop are always offered for sale at a reasonable price point.

I can't speak highly enough of AmigaKit and I have no problem in recommending their services to you.
