Had my A600 re-capped by AmigaKit recently and I absolutely cannot fault the service!

Very fast shipping and very good goods. I am really excited! Questions about a product were answered very quickly and competently by email.

My experience was with an A1200 flash memory board that did not work as expected. Chris @ technical support suggested various steps to troubleshoot including some the loading of some software updates he specially prepared. When clear issue was with hardware and I needed to return item for replacement, Chris had me send to U.S. partner to reduce the shipping costs which I appreciated as I'm not in UK. When I finally received replacement, it was a board Chris had fully tested with his own A1200 and all worked flawlessly. While it took over two months for me to have a working board in hand, Chris was always responsive and forthright with updates on his progress and I feel he went above and beyond call of duty. I will definitely buy from AmigaKit again knowing they fully stand behind their offerings with excellent customer support!

I has a question about their excellent RTC & sensor module at 10pm on a sunday night & got a reponse within 30 minutes.

I bought an AmigaOne X1000 from AmigaKit in 2013 and after 4 years in storage brought it out to find it would not boot or power up 9 out of 10 times. After contacting them about it 8 years after the sale, they solved the problem with a short email. As Siskel & Ebert used to say, "Two Thumbs UP."

On this occasion I bought the sensor module for the A1200 which was a breeze to fit. Contacted customer services for the software to get it running and had it in my inbox within 5 minutes. Great product and service.

Always good service and prompt replies. Long time customer, still faithful. I've been ordering from AK since 2009, having lived in France, Australia and USA, they have never missed an order and items always arrived well packed and in great condition!

Can't give zero starts, hence 1. Bought a SCSI2SD card from them, item arrived and stopped working after a simple SCSI ID change. Sent item back, they found the fault (firmware corrupted) - which they blamed on me - and said they fixed it. They did not ship the card back to me and went silent for more than 2 weeks (no more e-mails, nothing). After I threatened to start a PayPal claim, they said they have found more issues on the board and, again, blamed me for them. They said I would have to pay for the repairs. I refused, as the board was certainly deflective to start with, and they have said they were able to fix it just by reloading the firmware. 2 weeks later, they say otherwise, telling me the "chips were fried" (probably their fault when doing whatever was that they did with the board). I decided to open a claim against PayPal to get my money back. So, they can keep that board. Just want my refund. Be aware of their HORRIBLE post-sale support. It is really shameful.

Bought several items from Amigakit and nothing to complain, excellent packaging, excellent customer service and fast delivery.

I've used AmigaKit a number of times and have always been happy with their service and quality. With the help of their products we've been able to keep our old Amigas running well. Their EasyADF software in particular has been a great help. Originally we used the software to create physically floppy disk copies of downloaded game files where our original disk copy had become corrupted over time. However, as we have shifted to a Gotek drive (also purchased from AmigaKit) the EasyADF software has now taken on a new lease of life. It has allowed me to use my A600 to create digital backups of old game saves that are then loaded onto the Gotek and used to reliably continue saved progress. I recently updated to the latest version as I'm also intrigued to try the backup feature for the HDD inside my A1200 which is also reaching its end of life, but I have yet to try this part of the software.

AmigaKit's service has been great and they also responded extremely quickly and provided a digital copy of the EasyADF software to load onto my Gotek when the original floppy was damaged by a faulty drive. I'd highly recommend AmigaKit!

Just purchased the real time clock and sensors module from AmigaKit. I was able to install it without any issues. I purchased the additional sensor cable and plugged it to my A1200’s CPU...it picked it up and started reporting temperature right away. I am really looking forward towards tweaking with this new capability in my Amiga. Thanks Amigakit !!!!
