I have not ordered anything from your company.What product did I supposingly purchase? This is fraud and I will file fraud charges against you!

I found a eyeglass offer on FB ad that seemed too good to be true. I thought its worth the $30 for a try but I should never have used my debit card. It immediately popped up as fraud but still processed after I disputed it. I was billed for almost $100 and have never received any product, email, or text. I should’ve closed my card but thought it would be fine until I was billed again for 49.99. I now closed my card but I’m out 150.00 for something I have absolutely no idea what.

Company needs to be charged with theft , $ 49.99 taken outta my account monthly .
I’ve never signed up for anything with them .
They don’t answer phone ,
Don’t know how they even got my acct #
This amounts to theft .
Class action suit required .

I bought a pair of glasses. They magically upped this to four pairs of glasses. i coplained and was told to simply return them for a full refund. Although they say they're an American company the reuten address is in china. The goods were returned and I have had no refund. I also found two further payments were taken from my account without authorisation. This is FRAUD. The matter is now with the relevent authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

For sure this company is Scam because they charged me three different amounts for one transaction that I didn't come the end. Don't even try to give your card number!

I have no idea if the sonic mouse thing they sell is effective or not. The website is an absolute nightmare when it comes to billing. It keeps adding charges. I clicked the button to "review charges" thinking I could make things right at that point. Instead that button makes the charge. I ordered 2 items for $49 and the charged me $180. I send an angry letter to their customer support immediately and was told the item had already been shipped. LYING LIARS! Stay away! 2 weeks later I got another charge. SCAM CITY

I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY CHARGED FOR PRODUCTS WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED AND I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO THIS COMPANY TO DEVELOP SOME FORM OF SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION BUT I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THEM TO DATE.

This company is bogus and dishonest. They charged for an alleged free membership when an item was purchased. 22 days after the purchase they charged an additional amount of 49.99 for the membership. They are a rip off company and I would recommend not using them

WARNING If you have already placed an order. Cancel your credit card straight away. They will keep taking money at any random time and say you signed up for a very expensive membership. Deceitful.. Scammers... Please REPORT them to Scam watch and others.

My experience with Amerohome mirrors that of every other reviewer here. Multiple credit card charges for goods I did not want or order including the infamous VIP membership which they attempted to charge at 49.99 per month. They also alleged that my order was being packed and couldn't recall the order less than 10 minutes after I first contacted them. They ultimately delivered everything that they initially charged me for. The merchant will firstly try to offer you partial refunds "to save you having to send the goods back". They were willing to refund half the membership fee because they had already provided me substantial services for the membership. They never detailed these services nor did they ever receipt me for the credit card charge.

I have only two pieces of advice:
One is not to order anything from this website.
Two, if you do get caught in this scam like I did, make sure that you use a credit card and keep a complete written record of everything which transpired. File a dispute with your credit card provider and get the card you used for the transaction cancelled. Apart from filling in the dispute form, I also provided 25 pages of written documentation. I am pleased to report that I have been refunded for everything that I did not genuinely order. Amerohome's business practices are a disgrace.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t select a negative number. This company is a scam. I placed an order and never received anything… but they kept charging me for a membership. Good luck trying to cancel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “COMPANY!!!”

This company do not know when to stop stealing from people, first they make an offer on instagram buy 2 get 4 free, then when you like to order they fully charge you and not only that because before you can press the order button after you have put all your information in they charge you and again when you press the order button. So this is twice on full price. Then few days later they start to charge you for being a VIP customer even though your never signed up for it. They charged me on about 55$ for that. They are just brutal in every way, and their business should be closed.

When I purchased online from Amerohome the final price didn’t appear until after I hit complete, then I saw they overcharged me. I immediately sent them an email, like stated, canceling the order. After numerous emails I still haven’t received my money back…just excuses as to why it’s my fault. Then I’m charged $49.99 today for a monthly membership fee that I didn’t sign up for. I filled out their form canceling it and they proceeded to inform me I signed up for it when I placed my order. You can’t contact a person at any number listed on my bank account change. Beware Beware

Well they made it so hard to cancel it and then play with me on the return of it. Not giving me the proper address to send it back too and took more than I was planning on buying and was charged to my credit card when I found out I was very disappointed in that. Not a trust worthy company and probably a scammer more than being a company

Scam Chinese company

I ordered a product from this site then they charge me a trial membership fee of $50 I haven’t even received my product yet. There is no phone number to get in contact with a representative. I finally got a response through email and apparently everything is supposed to be canceled, but they would not issue me anything but half of the Membership fee back that I did not sign up for. On top of that they’re trying to charge me more and send out the same product that I haven’t received as of yet after I already canceled everything. This is a very shady business!! Beware of ordering anything through them. I am having a hell of a time trying to stop them from taking any more money out of my account. I ordered my product on May 3, 2025 and still have not received, It is now May 26, 2025. And now they’re trying to charge me again and send out the same product. This is very bad business.
