I was a long time happy customer and hate to see them go. There company was only 50 miles away from me. Sometimes got paid in 2 days. Never had a bad experience with them. Well, I had to find another company. I did and everything went smoothly. Took a little longer because they're in Arizona but the prices are almost the same, some a little more. I sent them 4 boxes of Trulicity pens. Received a check within a few days. This was my third time sending them supplies. Always received payment quickly. Now the Website is down and no one answers there phones. Looks like there bye bye. Anyone have any suggestions where I can sell my Trulicity let me know.

I sent a package to them in the beginning of the month and like others they have failed to come thru with a payment. I called...now no email no call back and the website has been down. I think we all need to file a class action lawsuit...all facts ...let me know people 628-278-0939

I've used this company for months and multiple times they said items had been damaged that could not have possibly gotten damaged and then was shorted on the payment more than once. Now they just don't answer calls or emails and the website is down as well...total bullcrap. I Wouldn't recommend using this company y unless you don't mind getting fuc*** over honestly.

After reading all these reviews which are not good i will not use them anymore I sent supplies to them in great condition over a week ago with good expiration dates and still have not received payment I will take this as a loss website its down and no one answers so basically they stole my supplies and did not pay me I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN taking supplies and not paying for them

I sent them and item on December 18 they received it December 20th I was supposed to be paid for it cash app on December 20th and they never paid me they ignore all my calls and emails

Loved working with this company this past year but not sure what is going on now. Suddenly send a package off with the prepaid lable for shipping and it was refused when delivered. No one answers nor is the website working. I am guessing something happened to the company. Odd.

Sent g6 sensor in. Sent them in mint condition> sent them back boxes crushed. Not Answering the phone.

Website is currently down now for some days. Phones don't work. I don't know if this business went out of business. I sold products there one time, I had no issues. Now I'm frustrated because I sent more, and have not heard anything. I'm not the only customer either it seems to be experiencing this. That's not good, not good at all. Thumbs down. They could have at least let customers know they were shutting down or whatever.

Sent in some suppiles totaling 385.00, Shows they signed for it on Monday. No money transfered. Website is down now, no reply to email or phones. PAY ME OR send my stuff back. Going to go and file with the BBB !

There web site has been down for 3 days. No one answers phone, text or emails. Are they still in business ?????????????. In past a great business. Have used them for 2 years. Just no idea what has happened

I would give the a zero. I sent in brand new boxes of Dexom and One touch totally $935.00. I never sent any Libre in with this invoice. Which states what's coming to them. They tried to do a switcheroo and show me a picture of some items that I never sent into them. They sent me a pic of some yellow boxes when I had all white boxes with green for One Touch and 3-3pks of Dexom @$220 each. 2 transmitters $100. That's $935. They sent me only half $440.00. All boxes was brand new. I have the boxes and took pics before putting them in the shipping box. I took pictures of the boxes that I put into the box at the post office. The post office have a cameras up overhead. I'm going to have them to pull that as well but to say that I sent you something totally different than what I really sent This lets me know that that this company is switching stuff around. They are scamming people they don't return your calls you can leave a message, they tell you to text them on this number you text them on that number, they do not reply to you, so they let you know they know that they're scamming people. They are given you the runaround. In the end no one is available every time. Call this number and see that you will get no one every single time. Call 570-600-5040 or text and see, if you get a reply from asking question to (272) 231-5714. Like they don't exist anymore after they get your items to them. They need to be shut down!!! Contact consumer affairs in your state and there stae. They may already be in file and aware of the tactics that this company uses. I want the rest of my money.

I have had diabetes for more than ten years. In recent years, I transferred to an insurance company and it only allowed me to use ONE TOUCH ULTRA test LABEL. I have been using FREESTYLE LABEL for many years, so I sold the TOUCH ULTRA test LABEL every three months. , and then buy FREESTYLE LABEL. Never had a problem for several years.
This time I went to americanmedicalsurplus.net company, and they promised to send me $110, and I sent them 200 LABEls which are two box LABELs I just received from CVS and completely sealed. But the company said after receiving it, my two boxes of labels one of them seal was broken, they couldn't pay me, and the other one expired in a month, they could only pay me $5, I was very angry when I heard that, I called and wrote them to ask them to return all two box labels back to me, I won't sell them. But no answer from them. Finally, I received a check for $5 and an unsealed box of labels. The LABEL in the box would expire in one month. How could CVS send me such labels which was I sent them? Obviously, americanmedicalsurplus.net is cheating. I don't want their $5 and it is dirty and I throw it away. but I feel very sad. Thirty years ago, when I immigrated to the United States, I was deeply moved by the honesty of this country and its people. How has it become like this now? For a mere $110 to do this kind of deception.
Write it here, I hope everyone will be careful and not be fooled by them again.

Company isn’t paying what they say. You’re told that there’s a problem with the dates of the merchandise you send them then they don’t respond to emails or their voicemail. I sent them four boxes of sensors for a freestyle libre. I was told that there was a problem with the dates and was only paid for one. They shorted me $120

Been using these “guys” for almost a year and have never had an issue. The one time my payment was late due to my own fault but customer service was excellent and I was paid in minutes after speaking with someone!
