This company is a scam and the names presented in these reviews are the scammers. Nick Bateman was supposedly the main contact. Alex has called me trying to get me to pay $3,000.00 in order to get a refund for $20,000.00 that they scammed me on a logo, website and a health tracking app. He claimed that Jordan Chase was the fraudulent representative and they knew that I should be refunded but in order to process the refund, I would need to pay the 3k. Seriously these people need to be in jail. I have never received a website, my logo was not approved for trademark because the company was associated with a convicted company that was fraudulent.

!!PREDATORY, PREDATORY, PREDATORY !! I paid to have a logo made with very specific requirements a few years ago. What I got was UNSATISFACTORY--TO SAY THE LEAST. They called me back a couple years later and asked if I wanted a logo created, Never once mention anything regarding any "rights" expiring on any previous image sold to me previously or anything related to that effect. I explained that the first time they had done work for me, they created an Unsatisfactory Design and to go ahead the make another logo; they explained that they needed MORE MONEY; I replied that I could not provide more funds since they had failed the first time around; They asked for more funds, and I denied their request until they could perform according to my previous instructions on Original purchase ! So Now, out of the blue, they "TEXTED" me to inform me of an impending "LAWSUIT;" they are THREATENING TO SUE for infringement if I don't pay them $2000 plus dollars RIGHT NOW !! This SOUNDS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM TO ME !!! I PAID $80 and got a Logo I NEVER REALLY WANTED something I CLEARLY COMMUNICATE TO THEM and at which time, they did not inform me of any possible infringement of anyone's rights if I used an Unsatisfactory image. I Now, from out of the blue, get a text message "informing me" of all this. So, THEY SAID, EITHER I PAY THEM $2000 PLUS for A JOB THAT WAS NEVER COMPLETED RIGHT or I GET SUED?? HOW STRANGE CAN THIS GET!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This SOUND LIKE A VERY DANGEROUS COMPANY TO ME !! P. S. American Logo Designers IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE BBB for many complaints of FRAUD. They are currently NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB !!! LOOK THEM UP AT THE BBB website !!

I love my logo

I absolutely love my logo and the customer service that came with it! Would 100% refer a friend! And will also continue to do my business with this organization as I was treated very well! They were Friendly, they functioned in a timely manner, overall a very satisfied customer.

I give it 5 stars with a few things to keep in mind: Maybe the timing wasn't perfect and maybe it wasn't the best possible quality, but this company gave me a bargain price, were direct and honest, and were always willing to hear me and work with my preferences or situation. Mark Wilson was excellent and if I had any issues, he immediately rectified it. In the end, I got what I needed for now and Im content.

I have givien this company lot's of money and chances to turn themselves and the services they offer and deliver around, 2 years and $x,xxx dollars, they are the worst ever, never delivered on what I bought, can not get customer service, emails / calls / chats not answered, no SLA's, no care for customer satisfaction at all, our website down for days and days, no care.... email been down 2 weeks no care. They will see I posted this and try to fix things, just to all the same to happen again and again, stay away from this Company and their Parent Greenlake Designers, there's a third company also, all the very worst (sorry for my bad English), just very upset I let them take me over and over again, my bad for hanging in there, they will not change. There's a reason they are not in the BBB. Only giving a 1 because 0 is not a option, they don't deserve any rating.

Update as of August 11, the Company contacted me twice, after I explained that everything in this post was honest and true, they asked what they could do and I stated honor your refund policy and the refund request I sent following the posted refund policy, the person on the other end from American Logo Designers then hung up on me, the 2nd call I stated please honor the refund request I sent, and they also hung up on me. This is a very bad company to do business with. They could have honored "their" refund policy and I would have updated it here, however no positive actions from American Logo Designers, thank you for reading this.

Update September 8, 2023: no contact from either of these to companies, no refund, nothing as how these companies do their business, they scam and leave you.

It's been over 2yrs now and my original project never got done, it went from this person to that person, and everyone who have a hand in my project never seems to move It anywhere or no longer with the company. They are liers and deceivers. If I would have know I would have never dealt with them. They don’t return your calls and my things just not useful to me the most ghetto company every not professional at all

The customer support line is a joke and I emailed them too.
I wish I had never come across American logo designer because they are not to be trusted.
So I hope somebody read this and don't make the same mistake I did..STAY AWAY.

My relationship with ALD started in 2021 when they did a logo for my company. Later in 2021, they did a website for me. It was a simple Wordpress e-commerce site and it was done reasonably well. I had a guarantee that the site would do well. I still have that guarantee in writing. Payment is always made ahead of time, so if something goes wrong, the burden is on you to try to get them to honor the guarantee. The website flopped. I paid them for Social media marketing. It was terrible. The articles they wrote were fraught with grammatical errors, poor spelling, and said nothing about the products. I paid money for SEO and I had to beg them time and again for work on the site which in many cases was never done.
In July of 2021, they “convinced” me that an App in conjunction with the website was just the thing I needed to boost my website. Another guarantee was written up....I still have it in writing…and work began. I was told that it would take no more than 6
months to complete and only $6000 dollars.
18 months and $18000 later, the app is still not done and my website has been shutdown. My guarantees are apparently worthless and my efforts to recoup any money have fallen on deaf ears. Again many of the people involved in the completion of the app are no longer employed at ALD. I have been promised a portion of the monev but onlv on their timeline. I have also been promised the files to my website so that I can take it elsewhere. Now I can't get them to talk about it. They don’t answer calls or emails. The timeline THEY set has not been honored.
If you want to do business with ALD be aware that they have super slick sales people who constantly have their hand in your pocket. They write guarantees that are essentially worthless and they have cornered the market on delay tactics.
All of this is backed up in writing. I have not exaggerated. This is the short story of many months of physical and mental anxiety and illness brought on by these events. I do not have the money to sue. This has become the only recourse.

I highly recommend American logo designers. I got flyers and brochures designs created by them. All the designs look really good. I am impressed by their service.
