Placed an order for a sling bag early in November. By November 22nd I still had not received the bag, so I contacted customer service.

I was told the following, "We usually estimate handling and delivery time to take 7-15 business days. Sometimes there can be slight delays while traveling to the destination country and/or being processed through customs...."

American Legend Rider is located in Las Vegas, and I am in Los Angeles so their explanation for the delay made no sense.

It's now November 26th and I still haven't received the product or heard from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a pair of shades from American Rider and I must tell you, they fit perfectly and are of good material. I chose the round framed shades. Not too big. Not too small.

A motorcycle dash cam was purchased. Upon receiving the item weeks later from China, it was learned that the dash cam was not designed to be exposed to bad weather!!

My fault. I accidentally ordered 2 casual vests in the wrong size. I contacted ALR and after returning the vests, was issued 2 replacements with no problems at all.
Thing is, when I initially received the wrong sized vests, I got to inspect them to see how the vests were made before returning them for replacements.
I fell in love with them!!
They fit perfect, true to size, are very well made, lots of pockets, and comfortable as all out! I searched for casual vests for some time before coming upon these. Casual vests of this quality and style are hard to come by. I would buy again and would recommend ALR.

Buyer Beware, buy elsewhere.
I ordered a bag 9/18/22 paid for expedited shipping, it took over 9 days to get actual tracking instead of just "label created".
Found the bag more than $10 cheaper on amazon with FREE shipping and received the same bag in 4 days through Amazon and I am still waiting on the one I ordered from American Legend Rider which has a NO RETURN POLICY. BUY ELESEWHERE.

I ordered a medium size MC cover.It was to small. I RETURNED it explaining and asked for a large size. Waited two weeks and asked where it was? AL. Says They don't know anything about a return and will NOt return. My money. Or send me a cover.

Like most people I suppose I didn’t look up the reviews of this outfit until after receiving what must be the worst customer service I have ever received from any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of sunglasses for a trip this week with plenty of time to receive them But finally received a tracking number showing that my order is coming from China directly! Hardly American! As far as their patter about being biker friendly and brothers on the road and such it’s all baloney! I have left four voicemails and four emails and did an online chat and absolutely no response. It would seem My experiences are by no means unique. I would never buy anything from this company again and will tell everyone I know what shysters they are.

I purchased 3 Motorcycle Waterproof 113dB Wireless Anti-Theft Remote Alarms (am glad I ordered 3).. shipment was adequate (within 3 weeks). I bought them for my Seadoos at the dock... and maybe the 3rd for my electric scooter. They work great but on the Seadoo if I put it in the glove box it's hard to hear so I placed it on the front cowling in a groove spot. Well.. I disarmed it when I went for a ride and forgot to remove it from the front so I lost it. Luckily I have a spare so now I'm going to VELCRO it to the ski in case I forget again. So a great product anyway so far...

The MADBIKE gloves I ordered came today. I am in Canada and it took about 3 weeks from ordering, which is pretty quick. These gloves are very groovy. I have very large hands and ordered the XXL size. They fit very comfortably and they look slick. Very happy with my purchase.

I love this store ordered, a brown pair of hand-made leather skull boots with free leg bag and a motorcycle tarp. Both seem really well made and boots love the feel of the boots. Once I get them broke in, I will leave another review. Shipping wasn't too long 2 or 3 weeks I believe. I will definitely buy again from ALR.

Shockingly bad service. They sent the package with wrong information and I didn't receive the package at all. They do not respond to e-mails where I ask to resend the ordered products or return the money. This is a scam! I do not recommend to anyone!
UPDATE: Now they have deleted my account in their system, and the order number cannot find the entire order.

Not American made. Never got my stuff cause it got lost on its way from Asia. Fake American company

Ordered the Universal Waterproof Motorcycle Backseat Tail Bag. Love the look and feel. I will order more in the future.

I bought the Badass Leg Bag. I'm a wheelchair bound paraplegic. As a result it is difficult to access pants pockets. This leg bag solves the problem. It is extremely well made, holds my wallet, phone, keys, and lots of room for more stuff as needed. It's the most useful tool I've found to make life easier for me in my wheelchair.

Ordered daisy sunglasses,came in within reasonable time limit, looking forward to riding in them.

I placed an online order on 06/24/2022 for a motorcycle helmet and 2 skull rings-approximately $100- mind you the name of the business is “American Legend Rider” emphasis on “American”. I received an email on 06/25/2022 stating that my items had been shipped and was given a tracking number. So far so good!

A week goes by and the tracking number still isn’t giving me any information. I email the support team with zero response. I called the customer service phone number and was directed to leave a message - which I did. After 3 voice messages and 5 e-mails I still haven’t gotten a response. I then try their online “chat” support. After multiple attempts I finally reach someone. It is now 07/06/2022. After a lengthy conversation they sent me another tracking link that showed my order was being processed in Yiwu China. Let me say that again - Yiwu China. American Legend Rider as the name indicates AMERICAN!! Had I known that they were sending products from China I would have never bothered.

I then requested to cancel my order and refund my money. I was told that it was too late. Blah Blah Blah.

It is now 07/11/2022 and still have not received my order or know if I’m ever going to see it.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 20-30% discount code…..I took the bait and I’m out $100!!!!

I should have used Amazon!

Everything I bought from this company has broken within two months. It’s all Chinese junk from some dude in Israel. I bought a saddle bag, swingarm. The leather just fell apart. I bought two motorcycle alarms, both broke shortly after I bought them. They would not take them back or offer replacements. This is a horrible company

Just received my latest purchase from American legend rider! ( badass leg bag) I'm definitely going to recommend it to all my biker friends and anybody else that may have some doubts about purchasing one it's well worth the price 👌...
