Nope. Don't bother.

Soles are like tap shoes and they run 1/2 sizes too big. Beautifully packaged but quality doesnt meet presentation.

They claim free UK returns and return policy asks you to email them but 4 emails this week and no response. Possibly the worst customer service ive had.

As a result, i wont use them again and don't recommend them.

If you like their shoes, od advice don't buy direct as their CS is appalling

Brought a pair of loafers for Christmas. Have only worn them once. Stitching has come apart on both shoes. Rubbish!

A bought a pair of shoes from them on 16/10/25 but found them to be flawed so duly returned them via the post office on 18/10/25 correctly packed, labelled and proof of purchase. I have had no response or refund so far despite sending three emails with order no. etc. Therefore I have not had a refund from them so I advise possible customers to avoid them and spend your money elsewhere.

Really nice shoes at a great value

These guys were absolutely amazing! We order my husband his shoes for our wedding from them. He tried them on the week before and decided they were to big! The lovely lady in the office sent out the smaller size straight away and made sure they got to us in time for our wedding! She was a star and the whole team are stars for helping to get this sorted so quickly and his shoes looked amazing with his suit!

Ordered some shoes and sent an email given them my full address, delivery didn’t show and now they’ve told me they can’t refund all of the payment, I didn’t even want the refund I wanted the shoes!

Omar is now telling me they need to refund me but can’t refund all the money and I need to place another order!!!

Disgusting, avoid!!

Ordered my shoes 7 weeks ago still no sign of them, Have tried to contact them on 10 separate occasions on Three different platforms. NO RESPONSE! Every time you track your order it says come back tomorrow?

Shoes look nice but really cheap quality! Eyelets broke as soon as laces touched them so sent them back. (At my own expense) Offered a replacement but just wanted a refund. He wasn't happy and ignored me. Unfortunately PayPal refused my claim because I made it over 30days after purchase because tried to sort with Amen shoes, or Patrick shoes ltd as also known as, so these conmen now have over £70 of my money!

It is noticeable that from this time last year, ALL the reviews for Amen Shoes are poor. Change of staff or management happen around then I wonder?

I have been buying from Amen Shoes for at least 2 years. I have bought over 10 pairs of shoes and the shoes themselves are fine. So why the poor review?

Because when something goes wrong they are the WORST company to deal with ever. I had to return one pair of shoes as the size was wrong. I've bought the same brand multiple times and take a size 10. However, this particular pair were too big and I had to return them for a smaller size. It is incredibly annoying that I have to pay the return fee - €9.00. A proper company would sign up for An Post's return service - simple and easy.

The most annoying part - completely ignoring my follow on emails, social media posts and even phone calls. Sporadic responses asking for receipts and tracking numbers from almost 8 months ago. Who keep receipts for that long. I returned the shoes just after Christmas in 2023. I followed up on it 3 days later, 5 days later, 2 weeks later, 1 month later, 3 months later and finally last week. Amen Shoes's response? Ignore me for 8 months and first blame The Post Office who must have lost the shoes and then finally blame me for not keeping the receipt from 8 months ago. They basically called me a scam artist and a thief for trying to return shoes without a tracking number which they ignored for 8 months.

Dreadful company which is really unfortunate as the shoes are good in general. You'd better be sure you get the right size and there's no issue with anything because they won't help if anything is wrong.

Lasted less than eight months.
Nice shoe when new but leather on sides (below ankle) was quite thin and split. Tried to get some support and this was the response after three attempts of contacting for help.

I would have expected a quality pair of shoes to have lasted at least twelve months and in my experience a lot longer that that.

Ordered shoes, didn't fit so returned them with tracking facility.
Item signed, offered credit note, by law refund was requested. Informed it would happen but 13 weeks later still no refund. No response to emails. Sent email by Shane lynch so I responded regarding honesty and integrity of which he doesn't understand what it means, hence still waiting for refund.

Shoes arrived and looked great. However after 2 months started to fall apart. Cheap and nasty. Amen never responded to my emails.

First order was a pair of brogues, and I was very happy with them, great quality.

Second order was a pair of boots, and were far too small to get on. I've emailed a few times now about returning them in exchange for a different boot, but no reply whatsoever. I probably would have ordered from them again, if it hadn't been for the complete lack of Customer service.

Cheap shoes and boots, they don't last long. Literally a few wears and they're falling apart. Read the Google reviews for honest opinions. Amen Won't answer emails or accept returns for defective goods. Utter scammers.

Haha!! Just got a reply below showing the unprofessional and arrogant nature of this company, the boots haven't been owned for a year, they've been worn around 6 times. You definitely are scammers who refuse to answer emails about your cheap shoes! I sent you the email, with the order number, several times. All were ignored. You only reply to honest reviews exposing your shoddy goods. If you were genuine you would have replied to the emails, but no you take the money and ignore. And several other reviews back this up. As far as a wanting a free pair, no I dont, it would be rather embarrassing to be seen in shoes rapidly gaining a reputation for being of the poorest quality. Trading standards will be informed.

Partner, they came, they were too small, I emailed them they sent address for return which I did they next day.. guy in shop took code with machine and that was back in beginning of October, still not received credit back, emailed last week amd nothing back….. will take to small claims if not sorted…there hasn’t been abuse just frustration I have requested information regards who delivered which I used to return them.. I have tried amicably numerous emails and you ignore what am I supposed to do!! I paid for goods I returned goods amd I’ve not got my money back so I’m process with bank doing claims form with all evidence of emails…

I ordered boots which were actually lovely but too wide for my feet. I sent them back quickly and paid £4.69 for recorded delivery. It has now been 11 days since they received the boots back and I have had no correspondence from Amen shoes and no refund. (I have checked with tracking and they arrived back with Amen shoes on 2.10.23). I messaged Amen to enquire yesterday and they say they have no record of this and could I sent proof, which I have and I haven’t heard back from them since. I am really disappointed and hoping to hear back from them soon and receive a full refund. I would not order from them again.

On the understanding these shoes upper material leather, they arrived they are just faux fur & there are pen marks on them... Cheap & tacky...

I can easily upload the documentation on where it states upper material Up Leather.. There is only one choice of these shoes!

I bought a pair of suede and leather brogues because they looked great, but after around 3 months of light wear (twice a week on carpeted floor in the office) the suede split from the leather on the left shoe and on the right shoe the sole split on the toe and heel. This is not what I would expect from supposed quality footwear so I supplied pictures and emailed 3 times over the course of a month. I still have not received any reply. Very disappointed by both the poor quality of the footwear and non-existent customer service.

I give them 3 stars because of the lack of communication. I've used this chatbot thing which is not really a chatbot. You must provide your email address at the beginning and after your enquiry it says the answer will be sent via email. Never happens. So I tried to contact them via direct email which also wasn't answered. However the shoes I bought so far quite nice and comfy this neglect is a soo annoying.
