J’ai commandé des chaussures le 20 février 2026 et à ce jour je n’ai tjs pas reçu ma commande. Je ne reçois des notifications seulement si je demande ce qu’il se passe et jamais ma commande avance. UPS n’a toujours rien reçu et je dois être livrée demain selon vos dire.

Ordine arrivato dopo un mese dopo diverse sollecitazioni e anche un numero sbagliato. Mi avevano promesso un buono che ovviamente non è mai arrivato. Metto due stelle solo perché le scarpe sono belle. Pensavo che le recensioni non fossero troppo veritiere ma invece ricalcano perfettamente la realtà.

Such a professional company, they respond to anything really quickly. The shoes ale literally flawless and so beautiful. Im really happy and recommend it.

I was not happy with the service of this company. I paid a high price for the shoes and for shipping as well but then got hit with 160$ customs fee to receive the shoes, once they got to my address from UPS due to customs which was not told to me previously. This was really unbelievably frustrating to know that I had to pay so much more to get the shoes. Please be careful as the customs fee is very high.

I ordered the shoes on January 11th and, to this day, I have not received them. I cannot comment on the appearance of the shoes because they still haven’t arrived! I have written to the company multiple times and the response was that they would arrive soon. It will be two months any day now!

le scarpe sono belle e di ottima qualità ma la consegna è una presa in giro: se volete ordinare delle scarpe anche costumizzate di ottima qualità fatelo ma sappiate che i tempi di consegna sono falsi, scarpe arrivate dopo circa 2 mesi di attesa e prese in giro nel servizio clienti.

Il prodotto e’ ottimo ma arrivato con un ritardo di un mese, per questo non do 5 stelle.
Basterebbe essere chiari fin dall’inizio che i tempi di attesa sono di 6-7 settimane (intorno a Natale) cosi uno non perde tempo a scrivere continuamente all’assistenza senza avere risposte concrete.

Ich habe fast 2 Monate auf die Lieferung gewartet, Kundenservice war leider auch nicht der schnellste, der Schuh ist schön, hat aber auch an einigen Stellen Makel, sieht man aber nur bei genauerer Betrachtung.

They keep lying ensuring the sneakers have been shipped but nothing received so far
They ignore my request to get a full refund and keep promising the sneakers will be delivered in the coming days
The lack of visibility and the lies are unbelievable
Next step this week is to contact my bank

Ho dovuto scrivere quattro solleciti tramite posta elettronica perché le scarpe non arrivavano mai. Finalmente me le hanno mandate con un ritardo di quasi due mesi.
