Ich habe die RX550 und ich muss sagen ich werde AMD nie wieder holen und niemandem empfehlen. Die Einstellungen für Grarfikkarten sind nicht vorhanden also schlechter als schlecht. Man kann nicht explizit eine grafikkarte auswählen, auf der das System laufen soll. Minecraft zum Beispiel verwendet die GPU garnicht und es gibt keine möglichkeit das auszuwählen (also 4fps minecraft). Kundensupport ist schlecht, ich versuche mich seit 1 Jahr im Forum von AMD zu registrieren, egal wie oft ich es probiere, ich habe seit 1 jahr keine Bestätigungsmail bekommen egal wie oft und auf welche mails ich es probiert habe. Only given one star as I have to to post. Ordered a strap for my Fitbit versa 3. Paid for fast delivery. Two weeks on and nothing received. Not even an excuse, They are a con!!!! Usually check on Trust Pilot but don’t know why I didn’t this time. Paid with Paypal so will be raising an issue.

Had my RX 580 for just over a year now; And now whenever AMD software launches my screen flickers, they're worth how much and still have software THIS BAD?!?! If GPU prices weren't terrible right now (Thanks Crypto) I'd be off buying myself a Nvidia GPU but since I'm stuck I have to wait for AMD to fix this. Which with AMD's track record with their software will be another 3-4 months.

Absolute Müllfirma. Halten sich nicht an das EU Gesetz. Es gibt keine E-Mail Adresse, wo man einen Widerruf für eine Bestellung einreichen kann.
Ich muss mir die Schei*e erst schicken lassen, dann zurückschicken und 3 Wochen später habe ich mein Geld wieder?

not caring about customers. needed help regarding an issue with my driver. only copy paste answers which could have also be created by a bot... did not help me at all...

Commande effectuée par erreur, annulé peu de temps après alors que le processeur n'avait même pas été expédié et ils ont voulu me rembourser uniquement le processeur, pas les frais de livraison donc ils ont gagné 15€ comme ça... Faut vraiment faire attention sur le site !

Je suis passé de INTEL à AMD , grosse erreur pour moi!
En effet , plantages , écran noir , bugs en tous genre , voilà mon quotidien depuis bientôt 2 ans !
Pour faire rapide , mon vieux PC portable DELL VOSTRO à 200 Euros fonctionne mille fois mieux que mon PC Gamer à 3000 Euros .
Pour moi c'est terminé , je vais revendre tous mon matériels et repasser chez INTEL et NVIDIA .
Pour finir n'achetez surtout pas les nouvelles cartes graphiques Radeon RX 6000 vous allez vite désenchanter . Perso j'ai contacté plusieurs fois AMD pour avoir une aide mais ils ne m'ont jamais répondu . Ce sont pour moi des Escrocs ni plus ni moins !!

Only one star because I can't give NO stars! My husband ordered an item described as a genuine part which on on arrival did not fit his Fitbit. He contacted AMD on several occasions but have never received an acknowledgement and so he has completely wasted his money. I tried to reclaim the money via my Paypal account which we used. They opened and then closed my case without giving me any notice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

While Radeon has nothing on Gforce, Ryzen CPU's now largely outscale Intel's ones. What used to be the "budget" company is now a top of the line one.

Karte im Warenkorb, Bezahlsystem funktioniert nicht. Die Seite wirft einen wenn man zu oft neu Lädt raus und blockiert einen. Nicht mal den Warenkorb bekommt man Reserviert damit man vernünftig Bezahlen kann wenn sich alles legt. Es funktioniert einfach nichts bis man nach 25 Minuten eine Meldung bekommt das alles ausverkauft sei. Ja an wenn wenn die Seite auf normalen Weg nicht erreichbar ist? Hmm

Drivers are terrible and constant bugs with Radeon Software

Mein 3600er hat leider das zeitliche gesegnet. Soll zwar recht selten vorkommen das die Cpu kaputt geht aber mir ist es passiert. Der Support antwortet nicht ganz so zügig, vermutlich wegen der aktuellen Situation aber nach ca 1,5 Wochen war meine neue Cpu wieder zuhause. Bin vollstens zufrieden.

Their last CPU launch was nothing but a paper launch. All the CPUs are being snapped up my scalpers for reselling at a HUGE mark up! The greedy #*&$. If AMD had produced enough to start with, normal people like me would be able to get a new CPU at MSRP, instead of two to three times that cost.

Waiting 3 months for a Ryzen 3400G. In no other industry could a company get away with such awful customer service and order fulfilment. This is really impacting my climate science research now.

I like my RX580, but I would not recommend buying an AMD GPU.
The issue is the poor OpenGL performance with their Windows drivers. The FPS are bad, it should not be hard to get Minecraft to run with 60FPS on 1080p, ReLive won't record fullscreen OpenGL applications such as Minecraft, the game will often crash the whole system, Shaders won't work, etc.

If you are like me, and Minecraft is pretty much the only game you play, then this is just sad.

But my biggest issue is, that the problem is just ignored by AMD. There are tons of bug reports online for this issue, but AMD just refuses to update it. And I refuse to give them my money in the future, if customers issues are just ignored.
I will never buy an AMD card again.

My CPU is amazing though (Ryzen 7 3700X)
