The communication has been very poor…
The communication has been very poor and slow, and the contract terms have not been explained clearly. Furthermore, some promises made by your representative, such as the option to pay by credit card, turned out to be unavailable, leaving bank transfer as the only payment method.
I have faced numerous issues throughout this process, yet I have not received adequate support or clear answers to my questions. The response time has consistently been very slow, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
I expected a much more professional and efficient service. I sincerely hope you will take these concerns seriously and improve communication and support to help resolve the outstanding issues as soon as possible.
