The noise level is ridiculous
The noise level is ridiculous, the bedroom windows have zero soundproofing. There’s a table outside my bedroom where people sit smoking and talking well after midnight most nights. I’ve the room beside the kitchen, can hear absolutely everything. Haven’t slept since arrival a month ago. Besides that it is coming into winter and the radiator doesn’t work.

Frustrating experience
Frustrating experience – referral reward cancelled without reason
I successfully referred a friend through Amber Student who completed their booking (Referral Date: Oct 18, 2026). While their booking status is correctly shown as "Booking Completed," Amber arbitrarily marked my reward status as "Cancelled" without any valid explanation or justification.
I followed all the correct steps and shared my valid referral link, but support has been unhelpful in clarifying why a legitimate referral reward was canceled. This feels misleading and unfair. I expect Amber to review this case and honor the £50 referral reward as promised.

I booked an accommodation and cancelled it, but I never received a refund for the advanced rent they made me pay and whenever I contacted them regarding it the request was ignored multiple times and never looked into. I lost £100 as a result. Totally unreliable
