Beautiful kits I cannot wait to make. Attention to detail in the instructions is above and beyond and makes the sewing even more enjoyable. Easy to use website, speedy delivery value for money is superb. The packaging is exquisite, so beautiful I don’t want to undo them. Highly recommended in every respect.

Kits are easy to follow
I made the flower shop quilt and also one of the cushion kits all of the instructions were well written and easy to follow. The fabric quality was very high and videos were available on you tube if I struggled a bit . Really pleased with all aspects of Amber makes

Quick delivery and lovely packaging. The instructions are clear and easy to follow with plenty of pictures and there is a video if you need more help. The fabric and hardware are good quality.

There are so many tempting kits to choose from…
There are so many tempting kits to choose from on the web site. Ordering was straightforward and dispatch and delivery swift. The kits are beautifully packaged, the fabrics within look gorgeous and the instructions comprehensive. I haven't started making yet as finishing some other projects, but looking forward to getting going.

I mistakenly ordered a digital pattern…
I mistakenly ordered a digital pattern and almost immediately sent a text to explain I do not know anything about digital anything and no means of printing anything. I asked if I could have a physical pattern instead. No reply! They just sent a digital pattern. Thats another £6.99 gone - hey ho!!!!! I have bought many Ambermakes kits and love them . Will not buy direct again. Will just wait for items appear on Sewingstreet as before!! Verrrry Disappointed.

I’m so sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed by this experience, especially as you’ve bought and enjoyed many of our Amber Makes kits before.
Please could you let us know where you sent your message to us? I’ve checked our customer service emails and unfortunately can’t find any communication from you regarding this order, so I’m concerned that your message may not have reached us.
Digital patterns are automatically sent immediately after purchase, so unfortunately we’re unable to stop that email from being sent.
However, if a digital pattern has been purchased by mistake, we’re always happy to help where we can and, if a printed version is available, arrange an upgrade to the physical pattern.
If you could please email us at customerservice@ambermakesco.com with your order number, we’ll be very happy to look into this and get it sorted for you.
I’m also keen to find out where you originally contacted us, as we certainly don’t want messages like this to go unanswered.
I’m so sorry again for the frustration and disappointment this has caused.

Tutorials with every project. I’m an experienced sewing enthusiast but I simply love the tutorials- so easy to follow along and I often find I’m learning a new way (often simpler) way to do something. Great value all round with fantastic results
