The bed ordered was exactly like the photo , top class fabric and the quality is outstanding for the money .
Frame is heavy duty and robustly designed.
Delivery was as expected.
I ordered larger headboard and was not a problem.
I would buy another bed from this company without a problem.

Hi guys - my feedback for your business is this, the quality of the bed frame that you delivered and the guys sent to put it together - I cannot fault - three great guys all pleasant and customer friendly.
The reason you didn’t get 5 stars from me is down to pure lack of communication at the outset from myself placing the order I received no updates from you and after two weeks I emailed you to ask what was happening ??? Customer service is first and foremost and you lacked that at the front end.

Love love love the bed, exactly what I was looking for, arrived really quickly, and easy to assemble, I’d recommend this company

Delivery was quick from ordering, we did have a bit of damage which was due to the driver this was rectified quickly and communication was really good, very satisfied with the outcome. Definitely recommend

delivery was quick, actually went to what i thought was a shop but was a warehouse where they make each bed to order
they didn’t offer the colour or material i was after as standard but i spoke to someone called adam and he said just put it in the notes and we’ll sort it, amazing service

Over the moon in love with my daughters bed.. the QUALITY is first class, the design it’s second to none, VERY STRONG and STURDY - Two of us cannot even move it! I LOVEE IT. I cannot fault this company, from customer service (Adam) to the final product. I HIGHLY recommend, will definitely be ordering another bed this week…recommending to all my friends and family. To start with I had no faith due to some of the negative reviews here, but guys worry not because you will not regret it.. and the delivery men were amazing too, they even took their shoes off :-) thank you so much Adam for being so understanding and delivering unexceptional final product just how I wanted it. Great bed, custom preparation and installation. Helpful and understanding staff. Overall quality of the bed is good and has a beautiful design. We are really happy with the product.

I cannot urge you enough to not buy from this company. The horrendous customer service i received as well as the awful quality of the products is hard to put into words. I came on here and read reviews before i purchased a bed in November 2022, and thought the reviews looked good so i went ahead and ordered with them. Since then, everything that could have gone wrong has. I purchased a buttoned bed with a gas lift storage section underneath, and paid extra for it to be put together upon delivery. On the delivery day, it was faulty and could not be put together, the team who i paid to assemble it left it upright with the storage section up in the air and it could not be put down. So there was no way i could sleep on it, after speaking that day with the customer service team and with someone called Adam on their Whatsapp, they advised they would send someone out the following day to fix it. (Not once did someone apologise to me for what i was so far experiencing) the next day, they said the bed was faulty and they needed to take it back and bring back half of the bed new. I was constantly chasing for updates as none were offered to me unless i asked often. Fast forward to the 11th of December, the 'correct' bed was due to arrive, and once it did (8 hours after it was booked in to be delivered) the bed was even more wrong than the first time. Buttons were missing, the gas storage lift did not work and would not lift up, even the side panels of the bed were the wrong size so there was a 3 inch gap at the end of the bed! I do not know how this company were still not apologetic. I of course asked for a refund, to which they responded that they do not offer refunds for bespoke beds (even though the bed i ordered was faulty and not as described). After this and me making my complaints in writing to them numerous times, they said they would have one more attempt at fixing the right bed, and if that did not work they would refund me. Fast forward to the week before Christmas, i still had not heard anything. I chased and Amare living contacted me back to state that they have fixed the bed and replaced the parts that need replacing, and will deliver the bed to me on Christmas eve in the morning. I am not kidding you when i say that they arrived at 10:30 pm on Christmas EVE and the bed was still COMPLETELY WRONG and did not work / fit / was not as described! The delivery men were humiliated that they had been sent out again with something so wrong. Since then (and until recently) i have been demanding my money back, they have been refusing and refusing and refusing until finally giving in. This company should not be trusted with customers money, please do not make the mistake i made and purchase anything from them.

I have always purchased beds from Dreams previously but did not like their range on this occasion hence took a risk and purchased from Amare Living. Their website was well organised and they held a vast range of Ottomans which I was looking for. I was not disappointed at all with the product nor the service I recieved. The bed came as planned, a very good quality build. The delivery gentleman was great, polite, friendly and professional. I did experience a small issue but this was dealt with very well, no quibbles. I found Amare living to be a company that is very much customer focussed and this was reflected with their colleagues that came to deliver my bed and the two lovely gentlemen who put it together. I would highly recommend.

I bought this bed on Boxing Day as a treat. The bed is stunning! I had questions along the way but Adam made sure he helped in every way. I’m very pleased with the outcome from the min I ordered to delivery! Everything was so smooth! Thank you Adam and the team! I’m a happy customer

Absolutely delighted with my daughters new bed, excellent service from start to finish, as promised our bed was made and delivered for Christmas, it is absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend Amare Living to anyone looking for a beautiful bed, thank you Adam and also to your super delivery guys who built our bed were so conscientious.

I can't fault the prompt service I received from Amare Living. They phoned to double check exactly what I wanted and they kept me informed every step of the way and I had my bed delivered and built a few days later by 2 lovely, polite and very tidy Amare employees.

I was reluctant about purchasing online but after ordering my beautiful bed from Amare living I was more than pleased at the quality and service from these guys. Great communication, swift delivery, delivery driver was great. Overall I would use them again for sure.

The bed I received was excellent right colour and size, I had an interaction with Adam who helped us choose the right colour showing us various different options, the delivery was fast and the communication was brilliant.

Would recommend this company for a stress free experience.
