Very professional, kept me updated on the beds arrival and it came promptly.

The bed is great - good quality and study. There was an issue with the delivery, when the guys were building the bed, the discovered one of the pieces were missing. They did have to come back but this was resolved really quickly and the guys that came to build the bed were great. I would definitely recommend.

I don’t normally write reviews however based on my experience and this company being a SME compared to the well established bed companies it’s really important. I took a risk with this company however the reviews gave me confidence to go ahead and order. I absolutely love my bed it’s beautiful and very solid!! I also set it up myself and it was sooo easy. The only thing I would say is that the colour was slightly more grey than I expected however I’ve worked with it and it’s beautiful, plus it’s my fault as I couldn’t be bothered to order samples. I would highly recommend and definitely would order again. If I had to give feedback it would be to give more frequent updates on the delivery but apart from that I am really happy.

Excellent customer service

I have had to contact customer service about a couple of minor issues with the fire engine bed I bought for my son. They have been brilliant. Sorting everything out quickly. A really great retailer.

Order process was super easy, the delivery was good and absolutely love the bed. The only suggested improvement would be communication as I had to email to find out an estimated delivery as it was the day before 14 working days and hadn’t yet heard. Otherwise, great experience and product

Absolutely fantastic bed! The best thing of all the Customer Service! Always there on the phone straight away and solved a problem right there and then sending out a new part within literally day! Would highly reccomend 😁
