Excellent help and communication
Everyone there was brilliant help during the process of buying my home. They kept all parties updated and chased up solicitors. Highly recommended.

Professional service
This estate agency were excellent in the way they handled the sale of my Mums bungalow. Always professional ,quick to respond and provided good advice through a failed offer to a successful sale.
I would highly recommend them.

As it was the first time we have sold a property, before choosing to use Ayshfords for the sale of our house we spoke to and got valuations form 6 local estate agents.
Due to the large volume of positive feedback from previous clients (on Facebook & Google Reviews), and the way Amanda came across when we sat down and spoke to her, they stood out clearly from the crowd as the ones who would give us the best service.
Hindsight has proved our assessment was good, as we had prompt comms from Amanda, Aaron and the team at every step of the way, and we are very pleased with the outcome that was achieved.
We wouldn't think of going with anyone else if we had property to sell or buy in the Torbay area again.
