Great customer service
I was missing a box, emailed the contact address, got a email back straight away that they were dealing with my queries, then got another email telling me they were sending me my lost box straight away.

We do offer three fully plant-based alternatives that many customers prefer: our Veg Soup, Red Berry Shake, and Mango Shake.

Scandalous Price Hike
It is scandalous and disgusting that Altralife have doubled their price from £35 up to £70 per pouch. Offering a 20% discount doesn't cut it.
Nothing warrants this profiteering price increase.

I can assure you that it has nothing to do with profiteering (you can compare the pricing of Total Diet Replacement products to see that we are very competitive in the market and we will continue to maintain a cost-effective price).
To explain the difference between our previous pricing and now, when Altralife launched in 2019, our primary focus was supporting NHS programmes, and we deliberately kept pricing very low to help introduce Total Diet Replacement more widely in the UK. Those NHS prices remain unchanged, but offering the same pricing across all consumer purchases is unfortunately not sustainable for us as a business due to the additional costs of marketing and support (which we don't require for NHS programmes).
Never again
I was in a program using this products. I developed side effects but didn't receive adequate medical support. I don't want to eat this never again in my life.

Good product for the best results
The taste is genuinely good on the shakes, not so much on the soups, but if whisked well they are smooth, not overly sweet, and easy to drink without feeling chalky or artificial.
It kept me satisfied, which made sticking to the programme easier. It mixes easily with water in a shaker, and I love that I can customize the soups with herbs and spices.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable meal replacement or a simple way to support their health goals.

My new habits for the rest of my lifetime...For the first time ever following any…
For the first time ever following any type of diet regime I felt supported and success could be achieved...the online 24/7 support group and monthly phone calls kept me on track... the products were tasty and easy to prepare and I never felt hungry (I attended Birthday parties/celebrations yet still never let myself down throughout the initial 12 weeks of the programme nor the months that followed for the food reintroduction stages, and having now come to the end of the journey 4 stone lighter would highly recommend anyone offered the chance to grab it with both hands...

Worked for me!
I used Altralife Total Diet Replacement (TDR) as part of an NHS “Path to diabetes remission” programme.
I found the company to be very good in communicating regarding my orders and I never had an issue with them, they were always very timely.
I had a sample pack initially so that I could pick the ones I liked. Would definitely recommend this as some of the products are not for everyone (the chicken soup particularly! 🤢). As I was on shakes and soups only I really needed to be sure I was happy with what I chose for the 12 weeks on TDR.
I thought they were tasty and easy to make up. I ordered extra shakers so I could make a whole day’s worth in one go and a handheld blender for the veg soup.
I lost 3 stone in the 12 weeks on TDR and I am very grateful for the opportunity to have taken part.
I would definitely use Altralife products again if ever needed (although I’m hoping that won’t be the case! 🤞🏻) and would definitely recommend them for anyone that really wants to lose weight healthily.

This stuff is magic
This stuff is magic, it tastes amazing and keeps you full, I've lost two stone in 12 weeks, And I done it over the Christmas period, I'm not going to lie it was difficult not to buy seasonal treats but because I wasn't hungry I was able to resist, I highly recommend 😁👍

It was great and I am happy that I was able to achieve my goals of getting my blood sugar below 6mmols and weight from 77.8kgs to 71kgs. I thought that it was not going to be possible even during the festive period when cravings for food increased, I was very positive in taking my shakes
