Great service & products from Altralife .
I struggled the first two weeks adapting to these meal replacement shakes. Once past that the weight dropped quickly with discipline being key .
Lost 16kgs in about eight weeks and now in diabetic remission.
I would highly recommend this course instead of alternatives, feels much more natural .

I started use Altralife meal replacements as a part of NHS weight reduction scheme. In eight months I have managed to loose 35 Kg. It was combination of more physically active life style and low calory meal replacements. Recommending.

I lost over 4 pounds when i first started. The shakes is okay. The soup i did not like the favours or textures.Overall i found it intrested, you will feel hungry but the result is worth. If you want your result you need a mind of determination.

I started using Altralife products in June of this year, as part of the NHS Diabetes Remission programme. I’ve lost over 3 stone in weight and my blood sugars are looking good! I was sceptical as to whether I would be able to stick to a life of soups and shakes but it was actually not that difficult to stick to the recommended programme. The products are very easy to prepare, tasty and filling. I would definitely recommend Altralife

It did work for me I lost 20 kilos in 4 months could have been more if I got better support because when I had a problem and got in touch with them they were very rude and disrespectful I tried to order something and the code they gave me did not work so got in touch with them all they kept saying was IT WORKS FOR US does not matter how many times I tried it did not work so made my depression come back so I left them and putting weight back on going to try someone else one else now

Paying £35 for one pouch of shake ON MAINTENANCE - now altralife have DOUBLED the cost! Which now makes it completely undoable. I use these one per day to maintain a hard fought battle to control my weight,
Just another greedy company doubling the price of their product! Very disappointed and now will shop elsewhere!

This company will have been fully funded by the NHS - and with other companies charging far less than this, this is only about profit. I was offered a 25% discount which I will not be using and will find an alternative where I know the price is not going to be doubled overnight. There will be individuals who have trusted Altralife to help them through what can be arguably one of the hardest things to do - loose weight and left with having to find alternatives.
When will the next price hike be?

The Altralife programme did what it said on the tin. It really worked well for me and I lost an amazing 20kg in just under 3 months going from 107 kg to 87kg which has really transformed my life. My blood sugars came down to normal from very high, my blood pressure has also benefited a great deal. As an older man with middle age firmly in my rear view mirror I was getting into heart attack country which where tha GP stepped in and suggested the path to remission programme rather than loads of medication. Honestly this is the best thing I could have done and the outcome was beyond what I was expecting. The added benefits are that now my blood sugars have come right down the painful arthritis in all my joints has really improved and my COPD isn’t making me no where near as breathless. Also my sleep is better and I have more energy, less drowsiness. On the down side I have lost a bit of muscle mass especially in my legs and butt and the real trick is to do this with a plan of action in mind for when food is reintroduced as a healthier diet is essential if you don’t want to put it all back on. I have struggled a bit with this but after doing a 4 week reset I feel I’m back on track. All in all the benefits definitely outweigh any effort it might take to start and stick to this plan if you are desperate to lose some weight quickly.

The shakes come in a variety of flavours so I was able to get on with them. I ordered a new batch of shakes each month so there was the opportunity to change flavours each time.
The orders arrived by courier very quickly and without damaging the packaging.

Altralife has helped me to achieve a 2 stone weight loss and lower my blood glucose towards a pathway to diabetes remission. There are lots of lovely flavours; my favourites are Latte, Banana and vegan Red Berry. Just add 2 scoops of the powder (spoon included) with water and shake to mix. You can combine flavours to make other combinations such as strawberry and vanilla or choco banana. Altralife also do amazing tasting chocolate caramel bars. The packaging shows all the carbs, sugar and nutritional information. It was very easy to order and delivery was 1 to 2 days so really good turnaround.

Well supported throughout the TDR programme and amazing weight loss.
However soon returned to bad habits after supervised period. I have purchased since and sometimes have a week of 2 shakes to one meal.

I’ve been introduced to this meal plan through my GP as I’ve been diagnosed with T2 diabetes, and as I previously tried different diets and meals replacements, I have to say that this one was more successful, but not only due to shakes but also due to a fact that I started to exercise more….
In 12 weeks I lost 18.5kg but after going back to meals I put some weight back ( which is expected) but this is also due to high levels of exercising, 6 to 7 sessions per week, and higher water retention due to exercising.
Positives - good support at the beginning, and sufficient once programme has finished & good selections of shakes
Negatives - only two types of soups available to choose from, I’ve been told that I am unable to order the meal replacements once the program has ended, which was disappointing but since den I found another solution, as I found shakes for breakfast really sufficient start of the day for me.
Overall - would recommend this programme to everyone who needs help to lose weight and reduce their sugar levels.

It was tough at times, but manageable and reduced my weight significantly. The main benefit was bringing my blood sugar to a normal level. Very pleased with the results & products

People were easy to get on with,shakes and soups we quite nice,it has worked for me,lost 10kg so far

The products are tasty, I particularly like the vegetable soup which is nicely savoury and tasty. The shakes are easy to make while out and about and again are tasty, quite sweet but most have good flavour.
I would recommend these products for meal replacement diets.

I was on the NHS diabetes remission program, in the 3 months I was on the shakes I lost 10kgs, the shakes are superb the only one I didn't care for was the coffee one, thats only because I don't like cold coffee! I actually bought some more shakes myself after the 3 months now I have 2 shakes during the day and a meal at night which suits me fine.

Huge huge price increases on already expensive products mean that this diet product company got very greedy! The soups are vile also.

Really good product. Used the milkshakes for 12 weeks. Really good flavours and lost 14kg in total.
