This was my second time ordering online from this company, and in both cases, the experience from start to finish was reliable and supportive. What really stands out is the excellent customer support after placing the order. Even though there are other stores nearby where I could buy the same products, I still prefer ordering online from Altin Market.

Dry goods were fine. It was the cold items that didn’t make it. Either UPS is at fault or the time of the shipment or the packing. All the cold packs were warm and the cold items I didn’t trust.

I purchase $180 items. They arrived in Seattle. However, one one the item is spoiled and its lid didn’t pop out when open it. Its color has change from red to black. I try to reach customer service. Nobody turned back to me. Generally items are unique and you can’t find them easily everywhere. I gave 3 because customer service is not good. I got a message from customer support and said they will send me a new one. I will give 5 stars . Thank you

Delivery time and customer care is superb. Only issue was a metal tin can leaking but they gave me store credit for it. Everything else was impeccably packaged. No glasses broken.

Altin Grocery is a lifesaver if you’re into Turkish or Mediterranean food. I’ve ordered several times now — always fresh, well packed, and ships pretty fast. They got everything from Turkish cheese, olives, sucuk, tahini, to baklava.

What I really like is their selection — stuff that’s hard to find in regular stores. Plus, the packaging is done with care so nothing gets damaged during shipping. I even called once with a question and they were super friendly and helpful.
