We had an amazing holiday. Brilliant resort and brilliant company. Chalet, food and staff were just the best. Mike & Laura beforehand were just so helpful and just great people. Katie, James looked after us very well with delicious food and tip top advice. Sion was super friendly as well - great skis.

Great week in Chalet Cleopatra with super friendly service from our lovely host Emma and driver Patrick. Cosy chalet with fabulous mountain view, nice food & wine, close to the slopes & apres ski bar. Ski hire shop right next door was a real bonus, made it easy to sort out gear. Would definitely book again with Alpinium.

We had a fabulous stay in the beautiful Chalet Edelweiss in Monchavin, a charming alpine village 50m from the slopes and lifts with easy access to the entire Paradiski area. We could not have asked for more, our hosts Katie and James were excellent and fed and watered us so well - the food was delicious and their professional yet fun, easy going approach was spot on. Huge thanks to them both, and also to Sion, Dimitrios, Mike and Dita. You're a brilliant team.

We had a lovely week in Edelweiss being wonderfully looked after James and Katie. The food was lovely and chalet very comfortable. Would heartily recommend the resort, chalet and team!

We stayed in Chalet Flocon and we found the bedrooms and shared lounge really cosy and well appointed. The south facing hot tub at the end of the day’s skiing was a fantastic way to relax. Our chalet girls, Heather and Lucy, were excellent in keeping the meals running, well cooked and with great humour and help. Heather even lent us a set of salopettes as we had mislaid a pair. They knew a lot about the area too and helped us out with plenty of info. They really helped make the holiday a pleasure. Thank you, girls! Our drivers and one-night chefs, Harry and Patrick were definitely the right sorts for us too: careful, considerate and helpful. This is our second time in Alpinium: it wont be the last.

Excellent week at Flocons De Neige in Les Menuires. All very well organised from start to finish, thank you Mike and Laura. Well looked after by our lovely chalet staff Lucy, Grace, and Harry and Patrick for getting us to and from airport. Nice variety of cooked breakfast options each day, great cakes when returning from slopes and lovely evening meals. Would definitely recommend due to excellent location close to slopes and amenities. Hope to come back again!

We stayed in Chalet Edelweiss in Montchavin. Less than 50m walk to the slope so pretty much ski in / out.
Chalet Hosts were excellent. Food and wine were great. Chalet was comfortable and clean. All you could want.
Would definitely stay again.

Very well organised trip to Chalet Edelweiss in Montchavin by Laura & Mike for 6 of us.
James & Katie were fabulous chalet hosts and couldn’t have looked after us better . The raclette night organised by Sion & Lauren was also excellent .
Drivers Sion & Demetrius also looked after us very well & stayed very cheerful inspite of long transfers .
They all even arranged for brilliant snow and sunshine …what more could we ask for !

We have had a wonderful week in Chalet Snowflake. The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable. And its location in the village of Montchavin is ideal for access to both Les Arcs and La Plagne ski resorts. Our stay was made all the more special because of Katie & James our chalet hosts who not only cooked amazing food, but had great knowledge of the slopes and were lovely with our children. Everything was arranged and delivered to the chalet on arrival from lift passes to skis. And thank you to Sion for servicing our skis before we headed out!

Had an amazing week. The chalet was excellent especially the hottub after a day of skiing. Katie and James were excellent hosts and made brilliant food. I also really enjoyed Raclette and Genepi night by Sion & Demtrious.

This is now our 5th trip with Alpinium, staying this time at Edelweiss, with the
Last two being at Flocons de Neige. Everything was incredibly well organised from start to finish, which made the whole trip completely stress-free and easy to enjoy. The staff (Lucy, Heather, Sion and Dimitris) were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was excellent, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with great facilities to relax after a day on the slopes. A brilliant experience all round, we will be back again next year.

We returned to Reberty staying in chalet Cleopatra having stayed in Antony last year. Again everything ran very smoothly from dealing with Mike and Laura for the booking, being picked up and dropped off at the airport by Patrick and being well fed and watered by Emma in the chalet. Add to that a great weeks skiing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Alpinium again.

From the moment we arrived they were incredibly friendly, put us all at ease and have a very positive, generous and professional approach.
The chalet was perfect and being able to ski from the door and the use of a hot tub and sauna when we returned from a days skiing/boarding was perfect.
James & Katy were great at suggesting places to check out in resort and the food they cooked was amazing. It was very easy to tell that they cared about what they did and were awesome at doing it.

It will be incredibly hard to go on a better ski/snowboard holiday after being away with Alpinium.

We’ve been going away with Alpinium Ski Holidays since 2019 and honestly, they’ve been outstanding every single time. We’ve tried a mix of catered and self-catered accommodation over the years, and Alpinium is comfortably the best experience we’ve had.

Their promise of “just buy the tickets and we’ll take care of the rest” is genuinely true — and that’s what makes the whole trip feel effortless. Transfers, equipment hire, lift passes, ski school… it can all be organised for you, smoothly and without the usual stress and back-and-forth. It means you actually get to enjoy the holiday from day one instead of spending half of it sorting logistics.

But the real standout is the team. The hosts are incredible: warm, attentive, and naturally helpful without ever being overbearing. They seem to know exactly what guests need — whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or with children — and they make everyone feel welcome and completely looked after. The chefs are fantastic too, and the whole atmosphere they create makes it feel like a proper holiday, not just a place to sleep.

A special thank you to Mike, and also Laura and Sion — and the rest of the team — for being so consistently brilliant. You make the trips feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely memorable. We’ve come home so happy each time that we’ve ended up wanting to book the next one almost immediately (often a year in advance!). Highly, highly recommended.

An exceptional stay. Thank you Annie and Lincoln. You were hugely welcoming, kind, hard working and friendly. We appreciated all you did to keep us happy, well fed, comfortable and in-the-know. Your top tips about the resort, ski areas, and restaurants were great. Your cooking was fab. And despite the mess we created you kept everything organised and tidy - miraculous! Nothing was too much, so thank you.

We've used a number of catered chalet providers over the years, and based on reviews & initial discussions, decided to give Alpinium a go - we were not disappointed. Initual contact with Mike was helpful & extremely prompt, so we booked & paid a deposit. Then Laura looked after us through all the stages and frankly I haven't had customer service this good for a very long time, if ever. Laura didn't just provide the basics, but gave us loads of extra information (2 of our party wanted to try snow shoeing; Laura provided details on equipment and guided tours etc.), which made everything so easy. We stayed in Flocons de Neige, which was beautifully presented, comfortable & warm, with every facility you could need (LOVED the hot tub after skiing all day). Lucy our host (working with Emma) was fantastic - always cheery, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfasts and dinners were a cut above what we've had elsewhere. Most of our party loved the cakes on return.from a days skiing, but I was too busy enjoying an included free beer in the hot tub! Everything worked seamlessly from transfer to lift pass provision, ski hire delivery to catering - a faultless week. Thank you Team Alpinium, you made our holiday and we cant wait to come back next year.

Our family gathering of 15 at Chalet Snowflake in Montchavin was a great success and we couldn’t fault the service we received from Alpinium. From organising our travel, ski equipment and lift passes to the marvellous hosts (James and Kate) who looked after us so well and the food and menus quite delicious and excellent cooks. As were Sion, Dimitrius and the chalet manager, Mike who went above and beyond the call of duty when he took our Australian grandson to the Medical Centre with a broken collar bone. Thank you, Mike.

We totally recommend Alpinium for your ski holiday snd would definitely book with them again. We were a group of 16 staying in Chalets Antony and Cleopatra in Reberty. Mike and Laura were so helpful in the run up to the stay. Our transfers were so efficient, lift passes and ski equipment waiting for us on arrival. The chalet was perfect for us (so so much better than looks in the photos) with lovely, friendly hosts Grace and Emma. The slopes, ski school meeting point, La Ferme bar & restaurant, supermarket, pizza takeaway and bus stop to Les Menuires all within a couple of minutes walk from the chalet. We had a great week, thankyou!
